Hey Joshkrz, new copyright updates: Have you paid to copyright your busienss name? If not you can't put (c) next to it, if you do so American/Brittish Revneue and Customs could fine you, it can be huge quantities of money aswell. (can be upto £56 million I believe)

You can't claim copyright on it unless you payed for copyright. And you can't get it copy righted because OWI own the rights to oddworld. Also it is pretty obvious that you haven't really copyrighted it.

Obviously, I'm not going to pay to get something copyrighted.

What is the Creative Commons thing all about then?

Crative Commons licence allows you to put things on the internet but it allows other people to use them aswell, (e.g - if Oddworld failed to copyright the slig design, someone could use it copyright free not saying they have however)

OK im back on track on the story. But i almost killed myself by over dosing on energy drinks to re writee it plus i crashed in the middle of class taht day so i got in a ton of trouble...But i think it was worth it...so story is running smooth again.

Y is the game not opening with me???

You probably don't have the required version of flash player. If it's a stand-alone from computer file you're trying to run try right clicking and opening it in your web browser.

Also; please refrain from using txt spk like "Y" in these forums. We appreciate that not everyone is very good at English but we appreciate at least an attempt at good grammar and spelling.

Production is slow, I never have time to work on the game at the moment, so I would really want to post it on another site. It will end up going to the depths of the second page XD

hey Josh,sorry to bother you again but i have two questions.
When you guys are done with this project how long do you think for a average Oddworld player(someone who knows how to play well)to beat this game?

By the way even if it is pretty short i don't mind because i appreciate how you guys are taking your time to make this game :)

and the second one is will their be a run and jump feature?

How could you imagine an Oddworld (Fan)Game without running and jumping? Of course they will be here (These features are even avaliable in alpha-demo!)

I also hope Josh that the game will be very... very hard :) It should be a challenge for someone who completed AO & AE without much problem

But not so hard that it isn't fun. It's a fine line. I don't expect Josh to stuff it up though.

AO was much harder than AE and, IMO, better :) First 2 Oddworlds were almost-hardcore (hardcore?) games and I hope there will be the same/higher difficulty as in them
