WHY DO YOU HAVE TWO WAYS TO PRONOUNCE EVERY SINGLE ONE

Arabic has a shit load of symbols. I've seen them. They're squiggly.

Also our numerical system is of Arabic descent, so there's some familiar symbols right there.
