In other interpretations, Sarah is Abraham's niece.

Also, the thing about the rapist marrying the victim is only at the woman's discretion. If she thought he was an evil creep, he'd be stoned to death.

And Lot's wife wasn't a pillar of salt when they got married. After she was saltified, he was considered a widower and slept with both of his daughters.
