There is an art to making something look badly made yet keeping it funny. They do not possess that art.

Also, canned laughter has the opposite effect on me than it's supposed to.

Hmm... yes, after a lot of thought I think that has a touch more 'sophistication' to it than the MadTV sketch. I laughed less. It wasn't disjointed and random enough for my tastes but was still funny.

I guess what I'm trying to say is... it wasn't done in "Funkavision"
