Okay, so is anyone here good with editing GIFs? Specifically, shrinking one down? I did it with a program I found online, but it added a watermark because I didn't register.

Anyways, the GIF I want is here. If anyone could shrink it down to around 19.8kb (or at least smaller than 100x100 - thats the site I want to upload it to's maximum), I'd be eternally greatful.
