I beat up some dumb immigrant

Riding the 2AM bus downtown sunday, skinny dude fucked up on something or other boards and sits down on a wheel well marked "unsafe do not sit." Driver stops bus, asks guy to sit in a seat or just stand in the aisle. Guy stands up, bus moves, sits down again. Driver stops the bus and asks him again, he ignores her. I stand up and ask him to take a seat so we can get a move on. He says he doesn't care. I tell him I don't give a shit if he doesn't care brilliant, if he sits down I will too. He grabs the overhead bars and tries to kick me in the chest. I tried to talk him down again, he tried this stupid kick again, I grabbed him round the throat and dragged him off of the bus, he keeps trying to get past me, I punch his face a...lot. I broke his nose, hold the doors shut, he scuttles into the night. Passengers tell police it was self defense, I get a ride home in the passenger's seat of a police cruiser. Really incredibly lucky he didn't have a knife. Next time I'll mind my own business. Fucking slavs.

	You live in Hamilton? That's pretty close to Toronto, yeah? I've heard of lots and lots of immigrants living there. They're in Ottawa, too, though not as prominently (at least from what I know).

	I try to talk to people on public transport. People don't seem to like it That guy was asking for something. It's not necessarily nice for the other people on the bus, but it's worth it to make sure he gets the idea.

Bloody hell, that's pretty brave.

And yeah I hate public transport. One time me and my mates were sitting at the back and this one really drunk guy offered me a beer. I said no, he kept harassing me to take it, I ended up just holding it for him. For some reason he really wanted me to take it. Anyway, I left it on the bus when we arrived at our stop and he looked at us all strange afterwards. Fucking weird.

Okay yes your probably wondering why didn't I just drink it, free beer and all but does anyone take stuff from a stranger?

	I like riding the bus. There's nothing quite like it, and I brought this on myself for not just ignoring his stupidity. Usually older folks are more willing to talk on the bus, so long as you're not wearing something offensive.

	I like getting trains. I hate the shit out of buses. Tomorrow I will have to walk for an hour because I don't want to take the 10 minute bus ride instead. Fuck buses. That's pretty crazy though man, some people just have to be little shits.
