Is someone out there?

They came... At first they seemed very harmless. Just one or two here and there. Their colorful skin and big eyes... their horrible exaggerated smiles.

But they really didn't seem like a threat. People just acted normally. But then, one after one it's as if... people were replaced with these strange beings. I'm scared to move in fear that they will sense my scent. That I'm not one of them. Each day I lock myself in a small room with Milkslices and and an umbrella to ward off any potential dangers.

They have taken over even the strongest players in this place.

I feel that... perhaps only me, Crashpunk and a few others will stand alone against... them.... How long till we all just go insane?

I'm writing this in hope that someone, somewhere can read this message. please help us!

So far I have decided to stay under the radar... Like sharks, I'm hoping that they'd go for more energetic and loud targets.

We're running low on supplies. Someone just please... don't let them get us.

EDIT: Their "colourful" skin doesn't tend to upset me too much, however.

Hummus can be disgusting or wonderful. It varies greatly between brands. I suspect that Nexy's homemade hummus was a nice one.

The best hummus I've ever eaten was purchased from a guy in the Arab market in Jerusalem who made it himself. It included whole chickpeas, lots of herbs and avocado.

I've not tasted many store-bought brands of hummus that I liked. Homemade is the way to go. I make a mean hummus.

But yea.. I never liked Hummus.. I only realized I liked it when my sister made it. All the store bought ones are just... weird.

You need olive oil, salt, lemon juice, chickpeas (obviously), and garlic. But what separates the men from the boys is a liberal amount of tahini. Tahini, if you don't know, is a paste made from ground sesame seeds. It balances out the pungency of the lemon and garlic and gives the hummus a nice body. You can also add a little bit of plain yogurt to make it creamier, but it's not necessary.

Process the chickpeas into paste and add above ingredients to taste. You'll probably want about two-parts hummus to one-part tahini. Tahini adds a lot of body but also diminishes the other flavors, so you may have to keep experimenting until you think the taste is just right. Hummus is polarizing when it comes to flavor, so you just have to play trial and error with the ingredients until you've made the perfect hummus for you.

Hummus is usually paired with pita bread, but it's good on just about everything, not unlike guacamole.

I can eat it by itself... I mean.. Its filling and has texture...

But I did have it with salmon and spinach and stuff.

Though I find it tastes really yummy with just tomatoes.
