1. Monday's suck!

2. Because of idiots, my Monday now sucks.

3. Idiots don't know how to follow the Human rights act of 1993 in this country and think it's okay to say weather or not I can eat during stupid maths classes with some old ignorant man who won't even listen to a word I say.

4. Got home, it's raining, I probably have to put up with another 5 minutes tomorrow of the crap but on a different level.

I'm just going to say: "I don't feel comfortable talking about it".

This place isn't like University/College at all, it's a facility of which that allows idiotic teenagers to get an excuse for not being at school and that everyday they treat it as a nightclub or a High School.

I probably shouldn't post this here, but I feel like letting it out somehow without killing some of those people. Although I am not one to do that I was just using that as a figure of speech, I'd rather see themselves get kick out for their lack of attendance.


TLDR: I don't like Weltec because it may be too simplistic for me and that a PROPER University/College may be an option, I was told that I should only consider this for next year.


And that is my story of today.....

For some reason I imagined you attempting to eat a plate of spaghetti in class and losing your shit when you were asked to stop. It was a hilarious visualization.

Also, too bad about your case of the Mondays, hope it gets better.

If your real-life attitude is anything like your online one (you believing that eating in a classroom is a "human right" says quite a bit about that, IMO), have you ever considered that may be the reason why you've been assigned to a college that you apparently think is below you?

In my school, the rules stated that you were not allowed to eat in class.

Eh, it really depends on the professor in college. I've had professors who treated us like HS students but none of my professors this semester care if we eat in class (I think). I opened a bag of Doritos in my Western Civ class the first week and made a ton of racket and nobdy said anything.

We for one are actually allowed to eat in the room, this "Tutor" who teaches us maths work is more used to telling people off because he actually used to be a high school teacher.

And at break times, well... I don't usually feel like eating when I'm playing Oddworld AE for a whole hour.

You mean during classes? Otherwise, it doesn't sound that special. I never felt hardcore for eating my sandwich in the classroom during breaks.

Yes, I meant to say during. My Tutor (of Creative Technologies) said that if we needed to eat and was to a point where we were really hungry, we could eat without question. Now on Mondays we have Tutor's trying to teach us NCEA Level 2 (NCEA is a corrupt system by the way) and I personally don't like two of them to be honest, they jump to conclusions too much as well.

EDIT: IMO My Tutor is more sympathetic than other Tutors.

I never really got the whole 'no eating in class' thing, except maybe when you're sitting behind a computer. Other than that a school just assumes that 90% of their students are complete dickwads who can't hold a can of soda the right side up for longer than 2 seconds and will smear their sandwich across their teachers face the second he talks to them.

Oh wait, I just got it.

Yeah, nobody said anything, but there is a reason you don't have any friends in that class.
