To justify this blog, this is my personal thoughts on this.
I'm tired. Been awake all night working like a madman. This may not make much sense.
As many of you may have noticed by now
with my spamming my newly-created vid everywhere (which I'm sorry about but many people avoid both Minecraft topics and fan corner, this thing is made by us, it deserves to be seen), I've finally finished re-creating Abe's Oddysee's intro sequence in Minecraft using minimal modding and with direct help and suggestions from many of the members of OWF.
It was a labour of love... I owe a lot to Abe's Oddysee and Oddworld - I wouldn't have met so many awesome people if it wasn't for them, so this is my way of saying "thanks", I suppose.
However, I think I'm crazy for spending so long on a project within a game, I also think I may have wasted my time on it somehow.
I am happy with it though, considering how difficult it was to make. Waste of time as it was, it was time spent doing something creative, and I'm hoping at least a few people will appreciate it - Especially those who were involved in the making of it, and I owe a hell of a lot to all of you. Thank you all, and it was awesome gathering you lot up to help me with this. Couldn't have done it without ya.
I've also surprised myself at just how creative and resourceful I can be when I put my mind to something considering I have little experience at doing stuff like this – Although I am good at making the most out of very little. Maybe I should use this as inspiration to learn some new skills, now that I've proven to myself what I can do.
