Basically. the first one, Ryo-Kyo-Bu! is made for a niche market based on the novelty of cute little grade schoolers playing basketball, while the second, Yuru Yuri, is just regular teenage girls fucking about and delivering slapstick gags and so forth. Also, they're both based off of manga, so they have to be true to the original art-style.
