This blog is about two different things since they are both things I wanted to share and I thought the most appropiate place would be here.
Anyway
As some of you may be aware I love a band called Indica, well I had a dream that they did a cover of Queen - These Are The Days Of Our Lives
It really sounded awesome and I thought it was rather weird to dream about listening to a cover that doesn't exist, in the dream it did sound perfect.
I thought it would be something interesting to message the band about on Facebook.
Well they actually responded and it is a rather interesting response.
Who knows? Maybe my message may have a bit of influence when they begin recording their new album this year
The 2nd thing I wanted to share is about Driver 2.
The wait for Driver San Francisco is still unbearable. I wanted to experience that classic driver games and catch up on the Tanner storyline in the series. Seeing as Driver 2 is easily the best game in the series I thought I would buy a cheap copy. Well I did.
It cost me 1 penny. No joke! A penny! From Amazon!
Not all good, Disc 1 is badly scratched and it has crashed on me a few times. I'm on Disc 2 now and I've had no problems with it.
I was in shock when I first played the game again, the graphics are horrible!!!!!
The game was mind blowing back in 2000 but by today's standards it looks awful. The gameplay is still as great as I remember it though
I am finding the game very difficult though. It's a lot harder than I remember it. I've gotten rather frustrated having to do missions over and over again because theyre difficult! But it's really nice to be playing this game again.
I did once have a book that basicly had guides on how to do things using household items. I remember reading a page of cleaning cd's. All I remember from it was something about using toothpaste.
