What does rep do?

It goes all to your head. It's like internet drugs, the worst thing to ever happen to this place that went totally to the dogs.

How do you know when it goes up or down? It doesn't seem like it should be something you care about.

I am not whinging about it. I did this on purpose and I am proud of the results, it's not like I'm ever going to miss 80 rep.

Meh. Rep made me stupidly happy when I was still finding my feet here, but now I just see it as a useful gauge for seeing how funny/how much of a twat I'm being. If it drops or doesn't change for ages, I'm being a cunt or spamming. I like the rep system for that. And for being able to deal out quick implications of my disapproval.

Also you have to think about your rep exponentionally you dickhead. Your rep power rose a lot this past year so you gave me less rep than you think.

I'm insulted that you'd think I would count the number of reps and multiply by my current rep power. I took out a goddamn calculator and added up each individual rep.
