Bloody Facebook

So I went to a cherry orchard/winery sort of thing today, to get some fresh fruit, fresh air, enjoy the open road and Victorian countryside, etc..

But I swear, I must've seen about 5 little kids (6 years old or so) on their iPhones with earphones in, and discussing amongst themselves what to write as their facebook status. Little kids on DSi's uploading pics and changing songs on facebook. ADULTS walking around in the sunshine looking only at their phones, talking about other people's comments on their facebook status. Why even bother driving 20-40 km into the country side to sit in a dark corner next to a shed and go on facebook?

Absolutely, fucking, pathetic.

	I understand people checking their facebooks on the bus and what not. But some people are so addicted I'd consider it a mental illness

	Meh, don't really get it either. I find typing on iPhones to be very annoying, probably becasue I'm not used to it, but still.

	We get loads of people like that at school. Always signing in on their phone to tell people they're in XXXXX class or whatever. I honestly don't see why people are so addicted to it... I mean, what news will fucking come up while you're at SCHOOL?

only reason i'm even on FB is because i was badgered into joining not long ago by friends, i mean i'm pretty much E-Illiterate. its just so we know what the 'plan' is every so often; saves money on the mobile.

so most of my status update things are "beer o'clock", "when you going down?" and "why the fuck do i have latex gloves in my pocket?" i never put anything about my actual life. i do more of that here, to be honest.

also, the games on it are more trouble than they're worth. fuck MW.

	Bahahaha! But yeah, I won't be coerced into playing FuckVille either. I remember taking advantage of the tragedy to come home from school and play on the computer. I'm a terrible person. On thing I vividly remember is Tom Brokaw repeating "Watch this tape" as they showed a clear, stable image of one of the towers collapsing. I also remember him briefly losing his composure for a moment.
