Reduced to Watching the Poor Man's Inspector Morse

I watched a whole episode of Midsomer Murders. It's like somebody's got all of the rejects from Inspector Morse together and threw them all into a programme.

In other news, the dryer's broken, which is quite an inconvenience. Down to B&Q later on, I believe.

Tumble dryer. We do, however, have a broken hand-dryer that my late Uncle Austin left us for Christ knows what reason in the garage.

how long is it on for? whenever i watch it, it seems to go on for about 2 hours. really drag it out.

I think it was on for about an hour and a half. I really lost interest, and drifted off at one point, so it may well have been two hours. I tell you something, I shan't sit through it again.

WoF - I'm sure you'd rather be watching Inspector Morse or something, wouldn't you?

also, am i the only one that genuinely feels uncomfortable when the intro to Poirot comes on? what with him staring intently at you through the telly with a load of psychedelic stuff going on and weird music?

i often thought that. Midsummer murders hasn't got any residents left; half have been murdered and the other half are in prison.
