RESULTS!!

Nice one. My only D was from my MFL (Spanish) as well.


Have they changed it? In my GCSEs Biology, Chemistry and Physics all counted towards an overall Science grade, which counted for double. Which meant I got my two A*s from Science.

Apart from that, you got the same grade spread as I did.

For my school, lumping the sciences together is for people who arn't on a 'higher tier' as it were and the seperate tests for for people who are the cleverer

I had seperate tests on the highest tier, but a lumped grade. I feel duped.

What the heck is 'Food Technology'? And what sort of fun stuff were you tested on in Religious Studies?

Better than I got at GCSE, grats.

Food Technology is basically cooking and learning about nutrients and stuff.

In R.E. you got a choice of what questions to pick and for the religions question I chose christianity and the other ones were like about ethics, animal testing and other things and how different religions thought about it and stuff.

Congratz! i got my results today as well, though i must say you did better than me...

My school only taught Christianity and Buddhism. Unsurprisingly, we always did better in Buddhism.

Mine did Christianity and Islam, and Islam was way too confusing for me.

Many congratulations, Laser. A most excellent set of grades. What are your plans now?

On my RS course, for each "issue" the most noteworthy religious views were covered, but for our essays and exam we could compare any two religions we wanted. And like BM I did the Science Double Award. The girls' school got to do the Triple Award, though, so I felt duped too.
