Wired Stranger's Wrath Speedrun

If you saw my thread on Munch's Oddysee, you could see that I was able to find one trick in the game, but for Stranger's Wrath, I could probably go on and on about all of this strange stuff I've done to this game! Starting off, I am going to make a speedrun of this game no matter what it takes, but of course, even if I had already made the speedrun, it would only show a few of the glitches that I've found in the game, so I may be making quite a few videos showing off all that I found in the game; I might end up trying to just explain the stuff that I've found, but making videos showing off the tricks is a lot easier for me. I'll start off this thread by informing everyone that my CD of the game does have a few problems with it, but those problems mainly consist of long loading screens and random freezing points, so all of the stuff mentioned in this thread should be able to be done on a clean CD of this game, but other people can try it themselves and see if the trick is serious or not. This post is starting to get rather big, so I'll just show these three videos that I have currently made that shows off some glitches that I've experienced on my CD of this game. Enjoy!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=exc61h7kA3A
This is showing the first part of my non-official speedrun of this game that shows me taking down Filthy Hands Floyd, with not that much practice, and skipping the rest of Gizzard Gulch by using what I call the "hesitation jump" to get on top of the pole of the "outta order" sign and jumping over the gate from there.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMc75rIPCQA
This shows that you don't have to deal with Filthy Hands Floyd in order to skip Gizzard Gulch, but, as you will eventually see, this leads you to a technical game over point where you can't do anything else, for now...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UVja67jEtLI
Don't think that I just screwed up the gameplay because with the power of boredom, you can even find ways to screw up the cutscenes of a game as well!

Nice.

Maybe i'm OSD about quality but I would love to see these recorded via Capture Card...

Sorry, I don't have a capture card right now; do you know where I can find a cheap one for about $20.00 because that's all that I have.

Well I doubt you'd be able to pick up a descent one for that price. For a descent-quality capture card, you're probably looking at around $100-150.
I think the cheapest you can get is from $50-70 online.

My advice to make it more watchable is this: Get a capture card.

However if you really have to record it from the screen with a camera as a cheap stop gap (which may take some extra work), zoom into the screen so that it fills the entire capture area and make sure there are no glints reflecting off the screen.

When editing, make sure you sort out contrast/brightness issues. Also, hook up your sound output from your X-box to your PC and record the audio from that instead using one of these cables (you may also need an extension cord depending on how far away your PC is to your TV) and something like audio city to capture the audio - Then align the sound with your video during editing (Windows Live Movie Maker is a bit pants but it's free with Windows 7 if you have it, and does what it says on the tin).

Sorry guys, I made this video before I read all of your posts, so it still looks kinda crappy. I'll make the next segment as best as I can get it to make up for this video, though, so here it is! Ignore the other part of the title of this video for now, I'll explain it once segment 3 is done with.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7T3RMKgTFM

In this video, I use the hesitation jump once again to exploit the game to even past its boundaries and into the out-of-bounds areas of places like Buzzarton, as one example...There isn't really much to say about this segment, but I do find it strange that there's an invisible, walkable path on the house that I walk across. There's more that can be done with the out-of-bounds area in Buzzarton, but I'll talk about that more once I'm done with the third segment of this run, which should be finished by the end of this weekend. Also, I'm making these videos as a speedrunning-route video series because its hard enough to execute the main tricks correctly in the first place, so you'll still be able to see all of the glitches and tricks in this run, but the battles might take some time to get through without dying every few minutes!

I remember getting out of bounds in the area where you fight Sekto once. You know how you drop down from that corridor into the final room? If you get the jump right, you can land on the wall around the edge of that room, and then jump outside it.

Interestingly, while falling you get the whole “guitar-strum-and-fade-to-black” as when you die, but then you keep falling and eventually land on some pipes and stuff below. You’re forever stuck there.

I've done that too, but with a different kind of jump than the regular jump. There's lots of interesting stuff in the final area of Sekto's dam, all of which I'll still try to show as soon as I can. I think that I'll edit this post to put in the next segment of the speedrun, but it'll probably take longer to do than most of the other segments will.

EDIT: Hugh, it took me all day to do this, but here it is: Segment 3 - Part 1

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09tSoUAa_d8

Segment 3 - Part 2 will be posted on this thread before the end of this weekend; if you don't like the first part of this, ignore the CUT, this isn't an actual speedrun in the first place and I got desperate, then you will love the next part that actually has some glitches involved!

Here's the next part of the segment three here! I would've just posted it with part one from the previous post, but this part is so important because it involves a new way to get out of bounds with several new tricks involved!!

www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1XVkJAsQDg

First off, I believe that they made the boombat's explosions make you jump in first-person mode, but if you manipulate the "Boombat Jump" enough, you can get out-of-bounds in practically any area you can think of!! There's nothing else to the BJ except having a boombat blow up from under you in first-person mode, in third-person mode, you can't really control your movement with the jump, but then, trying to act like a pro at glitches one day, I discovered the "menu-pause reset" by accident in Mongo Valley Forest. I'm not sure if this was intended for the game or not, but whenever a boombat is shot out, I can't normally shoot out a second boombat until the first boombat blows up; however, if you get into the ammo-select screen, (I guess that's what it's called) the game will keep track of the amount of ammo that you can still shoot before reloading your amount from 0, so as long as you have more than 0 things of any type of ammo to shoot out after you've already shot out one, the game will treat the ammo as a standard type of ammo, and you can shoot out another thing of an ammo-type right after the menu goes away. You should be able to see what I mean in the video when I use it for the "Triple Mountain Climber Boombat" where I abuse the MPR and use the BJ from under me on a mountain with a slippery slope with three boombats to get the highest amount of height that can be reached from the mountain. With all of these tricks together, they can get you into nearly any position that you want to go to!! Segment 4 should be up tomorrow, but I'll see what happens.

In the first image, the wall is taller.

In the second, an additional invisible (not rendering but player-collidable) wall has been added.

At least, that's my understanding.

I need to get this over with sooner or later! I'm going to create a whole list on all of the glitches and bugs that I found in the whole game! I'll continue the run later, but I need to finish this as soon as possible. Now, for this list, I'm going to describe the trick and label what trick has to be used in order to perform the trick; these labels will be made with abbreviations that you people should know if you read the rest of my posts in this thread, but I'll say here that BJ is boombat jumping, HJ is hesitation jumping, RJ is regular jumping, and everything else will be an alteration of the boombat jump. I think I'll also put in something to say that I'll make a video of it in the future, so look out for those in the lists if you are interested. After that long introduction, I'll start off with the tutorial area and work on the other areas later, so here we go!!

Tutorial
1. Jump inbetween the arrowed sign and the roof of the elevator room in the area where you bounty Blisters Booty, and after a few minutes, if you get into the area with the right amount of speed, you should be able to jump from that area to get on the top of the aforementioned roof. (HJ)
2. Get onto the roof mentioned in the first trick and jump forward as far as you can from the right or left side; you should be able to get past the invisible wall and into an OoB zone. (RJ)
3. Get onto the second arrowed sign that you encounter by standing on the platform right below it and jumping with enough force to not fall off the sign or go over it. From there, get as much speed as you can and try to jump over to the roof of the elevator room that you came from. From there, you can jump on rock to rock and reach many interesting areas, including an OoB zone, but it won't get you anywhere all that great. (RJ)
4. In general, when you fall from a thing of rocks from trying to reach some height, like with the trick mentioned above, more often that not, you'll fall into a pit of rocks with no way out. Whenever you get into a position like that, you should be able to do a Hesitation Jump after a few seconds of waiting, which can sometimes help you get out of a pit, while others will force you to load another file. (HJ)
5. If you time you jump correctly, you can get past the red-glowing arrow that is on the top platform where the game is teaching you how to jump, but the arrow reappears once you get next to the rope ahead. (RJ)(Might make a video if you people want)
6. With ropes in general, if the support for them is too short, then you can jump a little bit over the support and press X to make Stranger, sometimes, slam into the support several times before he gets back onto the rope. This can even be used on certain ropes to make Stranger teleport from the rope to somewhere near it, especially on the horizontal rope in the tutorial area. (RJ)(Will, definitely, make a video of)
7. If you time your jumps correctly on the ledge above the area with the horizontal rope, you can gain tons of speed going down the slope, which, if done very percisely, can get you onto the platform on top of the right wall of the whole place.(RJ; may rename this)(Will make a video of)
8. Jump right into the middle of the support of the horizontal rope and you will be able to stand on it; with this position, jump without moving the control stick and make your second jump move towards the ledge above you to get back on it. This can useful if you're trying to do the trick #7 as quickly as you can. (RJ)(Might make a video of)
9. Don't know if those was progammed in the game or not, but if you skip the cutscene where the enemy hurts you, it will put you past the gate that forces you to heal yourself. (this might have actually been programmed into the game, so I'm not going to label this trick)
10. At the area with the big gate in front of it, if you punch on the gate enough to make it turn into its weaker shape, then you can easily jump over it and move on; however, if you never break the gate, the game won't allow you to move on after you make the outlaw die with the chippunk unless you use the next trick on this list. (RJ)
11. This trick is really hard, I've only successfully done it two times, so I don't recommend trying this out for fun. Get as far back as you can from the left wall, facing the hole that allows you to shoot at the outlaw with a chippunk, run as fast as you can, and jump into the left corner of the wall. If you had enough speed in the jump, you will sit still for a few seconds, and, if you're lucky, you will be able to jump from that position afterwards to give you enough height to get on top of the wall itself. You can get on top of the whole place from there, but I highly recommend doing trick #7 if you want to get on top of this place. (HJ)(I might, regretfully make a video of this if people request of it)
12. I forgot to mention above that from the top of the place, you can keep traveling forward until you reach the area where you have to use fuzzles to open a door. Many interesting things can be found from the top of the regular areas. (RJ or HJ)(Will make a video)
13. When you move into a new area in any place of the game, there will be some type of huge, transparent pixel-thing that will load the new area if you go by it, but if you go into it, it will take you into a never-ending OoB zone where you will keep falling forever until you load a different file. (RJ)(Will be seen in another video)
14. If you happen to reach the area with the water and fuzzle-required-to-open door in the OoB zone, if you try to jump toward the body of water but end up falling into the never-ending pit of nothingness, then, somehow, if you get into the y-axis that the water is positioned in, the camera will immediately move to the body of water with Stranger not in it. If you get into first-person, it will show you as if you're apparently on top of the water; you can shoot while in this mode but you can't jump, and if you try to touch a solid object, you'll go right through it! (RJ)(Will probably make a video of this)
15. If you wait for a few minutes or so after doing trick #14, Stranger will come back up as if nothing unusual happened, and so, if you're in the position where you're inside a solid object, then Stranger will stay in the solid object and swim around in it! Going into a regular body of water will fix everything, and jumping will sometimes help clear everything up as well, but sometimes, the jump will keep you in a position as if you're floating inside the ground! Sometimes you can move around and do the Hesitation Jump in that position while other times, nothing can be done unless you quit the game. (RJ)(Will probably make a video of this)
16. I couldn't do this anywhere else in the game, so this isn't that great of a trick. If you move slightly away from the body of water in this place, you should be able to land onto a thing of land that makes Stranger create splashes with every step that he makes. (RJ)(Will probably make a video of this)
17. If you reach the area after the elevator room where you obtain stunkz from the OoB zone, then if you enter the elevator, obtain the skunkz, and beat up the enemies, you won't be able to switch to third-person mode until you go into an area that makes the game load something. (RJ)(Will make a video because it's weird)
18. For some reason, if you shoot out a thing of ammo, set your ammo to nothing, and continue to play the game, the crossbow will automatically reset itself back to the ammo that you originally. This works for any type of ammo in the training area, and it only works in the training area too. (RJ because you have to jump somewhere to make it happen)(Will probably show in another video)
19. This isn't really a bug or anything, but if you go up to the Clakker (I can't remember how you spell the name right now) inside the toll-both thing and shoot a fuzzle or stunkz, or if you swing your arms at him in third-person mode, it will actually hit him, and you can get moolah with this trick before you even turn in Blisters Booty.(RJ because you will probably need to jump at some point in order to get any moolah from this trick)(Will make a video)

That's enough for one day; I'll show Gizzard Gulch's tricks as well as the promised videos of this list at a later time.

I didn't have enough time for much else, (laziness strikes again!) so here's segment 4 of my speedrun route. This segment isn't so exciting, but at least segment 5 will have ONE trick involved.

Well, I at least made the videos to some of the Tutorial tricks above, so here's that.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nrgrhPv1Dbg

If you want to see more of the tricks from the list above, tell me, and I'll try to make a video for the other tricks as soon as possible.

I think that you should make videos of all your tricks, seperate to the speedruns. Maybe even have one short video for each trick, rather than compiling them together. I don't have the patience to watch speedruns but am interested in seeing the glitches.

In case you're wondering as to what I'm doing right now, I'm still having some troubles with my homework, but his weekend, I'm going to try to hardest to have no homework, no chores, and all the time in the world. I'm going to use as much time as I can to finish off the rest of the lists of tricks that I need to make for the rest of the areas in this game! For sure, by the end of next weekend, I will have all, or all but one, lists made and posted on this website for all to look at! You'll all soon see!!

Okay then, back in business, Gizzard Gulch, here we go!

Gizzard Gulch - Filthy Hands Floyd
20. For some reason, if a Clukker isn't moving (a.k.a whenever you hit it or another Clukker once) and he's between some type of wall and, specifically, a wooden wall, and if you jump on top of him/her, after a few seconds, you can perform a hesitation jump on them. Because of the low amount of speed and distance that you get from this jump, though, you can't get onto any type of height that can't normally be reached. (HJ)(If you people didn't understand what I explained, then I will make a video of this later)

21. If you run and jump above a Clukker that's taller than you, then you can get a little more height to your jump, but just like the last trick, I couldn't find any way to reach a height that's not regular for Stranger to be at. (RJ)

22. Get into the first spot of Filthy Hands Floyd's area where you acquire your crossbow and increased speed. Now, go behind the first set of rocks that you encounter in this spot, and run into the lowest, middle, rock and you should be able to get on top of it with enough speed. From there, you can perform a hesitation jump after a few seconds to get on top of the tallest rock of the group, and you would think that you might be able to get on top of the pipe that's in this spot, right? Well, sadly, the pipe is invisible here, and only the support beams placed under it can have Stranger get any higher, so, this is will probably take many attempts at first, you have to have enough speed to jump from the rock and onto the top of the middle-ish section of the support beams closer to the gate that you originally went past. Once you get onto that, jump towards the beam that's holding the wires up, and after that simple jump, just do your fastest run-jump towards the gate and, unless you get very unlucky, you should be able to go through the building that's in front of you to get out of Filthy Hands Floyd's area altogether. You CAN'T do this in a speedrun, or any type of gameplay, of this game because you HAVE to capture Filthy Hands Floyd or else you'll stay assigned to him in the Bounty Store until you capture him. You can also reach some of the buildings that are close to the gate, but they won't get you anywhere interesting. (HJ and RJ)(90% sure that I'll make a video)

23. *Before I start explaining this glitch, let me explain something about the glitch first. I had started this post at around 4:00 p.m., (Central Time) but because of this glitch that I discovered today, I'll probably finish it at around 10:00 p.m. or so. Hey, at least it's better than not making this list all.*

Anyways, this trick can be a hard one to do too, so listen up if you want a good challenge. Get to the spot in Filthy Hands Floyd's area that has the tractor with the big boulder on it, move over to the gate that's beside it and get on top of one of the boxes within it, from there, jump onto the white pillars that are close to the tractor, and if you succeed at doing that, then get on the actual tractor and move towards its huge crane. When you're on the platform right next to the crane on either side, try to gain as much speed as you can and jump onto the slope of the crane's front. If you do it correctly, you should be able to reach an area that's above some invisible wall, and with that height, carefully turn yourself around and try to jump onto the two twisted pipes. These jumps are easier to do than the first jump, but I recommend saving often for this trick just to be safe, unless you want THAT much of a challenge! After you do that, jump onto the white thing holding five wires on it and quicksave because the next part is the hardest of it all. Position yourself between the farthest-right portion of the doorway and the support beam for a couple of wires in front of you, (basically, the lowest portion of the doorway in front of you) and jump towards that area as fast as you can. If you get onto that area, then move over to the higher portion of the doorway until you see dust come from Stranger's steps, quicksave after that, and try to jump from the edge of where you're at now to the support beam that's slightly above you. Once you're on there, move as close to the bottom-right edge of the support beam as you can, and, after quicksaving, gain as much speed as you can and jump off of the support beam while going forward. If done just correctly, you can get on top of the pipe as well as the top of Filthy Hands Floyd's area where you can get to many interesting places, but nothing quick enough for a speedrun. (HJ and RJ)(WILL make a video of this before any of the others because I doubt that anyone could understand what I just explained)

24. A very little addition to the trick above. If you can travel far enough on top of the area from above, then you can skip the Bolamite cutscene, but it doesn't really affect anything in the process. It would help with a speedrun of this game if you can do the trick above quickly, though.(Miscellaneous, Little Trick; you can insert the moves from the last trick if you want to)(Probably won't be specifically shown in a video)

25. I was also able to find another area where you can use teleportation from a rope! Get into the shack full of Bolamites, and climb up to the top of the rope. Face your back to the rope and try to jump towards between the middle and left side of the lamp, from your perspective, and with a little bit of luck, Stranger will somehow get stuck between the lamp and the support beam next to the rope. Since you're still relatively close to the rope, if you press X it will make Stranger try to grab onto the rope, but he will hit the support beam several times and give up per each time that you press the button, so if you keep pressing the button, it may even show Stranger holding onto an invisible rope for no reason if you do it right. (RJ to get into the position to make this trick work)(Will more than likely make a video)

26. If you gain enough speed, you can make a jump onto one of the platforms that you get on after capturing Filthy Hands Floyd from the spot with the big generator-like object in it. This can get you past the gate in case you don't want to risk missing a Zappfly shot, and it also, somehow, doesn't load one of the enemies beyond the gate, so that makes it even less of a challenge for you to get by those enemies quickly. (RJ)(Will probably make a video)

27. Alternatively, you can get past the gate from the other side without having the use the rope. If you can gain enough speed, you can jump on top of the Zappfly shooting target, which allows you to jump from there to easily get over the gate. If anyone can find a use for this glitch, then good for them. (RJ)(Might make a video)

28. If you use the TTSJ (Tip-Toe Speed Jump *the last trick on my video of the Tutorial area's tricks*) correctly on the hill after you deal with those four outlaws beyond the gate mentioned in the last few tricks, then you should be able to use the hesitation jump on the left side of the first long rock that you encounter going down the hill of this place. From there, you can get to other little areas in this place, but it's nothing that great. (TTSJ and HJ)(Might make a video)

29. Not only can you skip the Bolamite cutscene in this area, but you can skip the Fuzzle cutscene too! Get on top of the rope that's next to the platform where the cutscene is triggered on, jump onto the support beam that's behind the second rope that you have to climb up, stay as straight as you can be on the back side of that rope, and you should be able to skip the cutscene from ever being triggered if you're lucky. (RJ)(Might make a video)

30. If you get on top of the barrels on the top floor on the outside of the shack in the spot where you fight all of the enemies at, and jump from them with enough speed toward the lamp next to the window, it should make Stranger stay suspended in the air long enough to do a hesitation jump onto the top of the pole above the lamp. From there, you can end up getting on top of the entire shack, but not much else. (RJ and HJ)(I might regretfully create a video of this if people want me to, but if you wait until tomorrow, I'll show you a much simpler way to do this trick)

31. There are multiple ways to get on top of the houses while fighting the outlaws in that area with the little pier-like wooden platforms that they made here. Well, once you get on top of a house, with enough speed, you travel from house to house in order to get into Filthy Hands Floyd's area that Stranger can't normally reach while fighting the enemies. (RJ)(Will probably make a video of this to make it a little more clear)

32. While on Filthy Hands Floyd's platform, if you jump on top of the weird, generator-like object in the middle row of that spot, then you can jump toward the rocks behind the generator-like thing, which can get you on top of the gray set of construction bars near the exit of the place, and from there, you can get on top of the rocks of this place to find many interesting things here, but nothing all that great for a speedrun. (By the way, no, you can't jump into the exit of the place from behind because it would be pretty difficult to do and you still need to capture Filthy Hands Floyd if you want to progress in the game)(RJ)(Might make a video)

With it being around 11:30 right now, I think that it would be good for me to stop this list for now and finish it up tomorrow, so see you guys then!

Okay then, time to finish off this list!

33. I forgot to mention from before on trick #23 that if you mess up on the jump towards the doorway but you keep going forward, Stranger will go through the wooden planks and get inside the cave, but the only interesting thing in there is an OoB zone at the end of it. (RJ)(I'm not sure if it would be all that great of a thing to show)

34. Once you turn in Filthy Hands Floyd, go outside and there should now be a truck sitting next to the Bounty Store. With enough speed, you can jump onto the lowest part of the truck that's next to the front wheels, and from there, if you do the longest jump that you can do from that position, you get on top of the Bounty Store's orange rooftop. Once you're on there, you can use a combination of using the sign and barrel of The Bounty Store to get you practically anywhere in the area, including over the gates of Flithy Hands Floyd, Buzzarton, and Luten Duke (whom I need to explain a little bit more than the other two)(RJ)(Will more than likely make a video)

35. You don't have to assign yourself to Luten Duke if you want to capture him, but you will have to use at least one of my tricks that I've already shown you in my speedrun if you want to beat the game. To start off, do the last trick and get on top of the Bounty Store sign. With enough speed, jump from there to the green rooftop of the General Store, get on the little patch of roof that's between the barrel, higher rooftop and set of pipes, and jump from that position to get on top of the barrel by sliding onto its top. From there, jump towards the barrel closest to Luten Duke's gate and you should go through the barrel completely, so you don't need that much speed for this jump, believe it or not. Now, jump on top of the weird illustrated poster next to the barrel, quicksave the game, and jump onto the support beam farthest to the left of the pipe. When you get on there, try to get a good vision of the top of the trailer that the truck is holding, and jump towards it with as much speed as you can. If you succeed at that, just try to jump past the gate and you should be able to get through without having to assign yourself to Luten Duke; everything is basically the same here, I think, so don't expect anything different to be here. (RJ)(Will probably make a video)

36. Go to the point where you're climbing the second rope as a sniper is trying to shoot at you, and get on top of that rope. Jump onto the rock that's to the right of the front side of the rope, should be simple enough, and you should be able to see a strange, diagonal type of slope on a rock. Jump onto the top of it and you should be able to stand on it, now, jump over to the near-top of the bulky rock next to you, and you should be able to stand on it if you're lucky enough. From there, just jump towards the ledge that you normally get on once you defeat Luten Duke. This only really helps if you want to skip the boombats cutscene, collect boombats early, and if you want to do this next trick early. (RJ)(Will probably make a video)

37. Get to the point where you are about to enter the narrow cave route that takes you out of Luten Duke's area to get you back to town. From the beginning of the route, start running and keep running all the way through the route without messing up anywhere, and if you succeed at doing that, then jump towards the lowest rock that's kinda close to the sign below. If you succeed at doing all of that, then you can get on top of some of the other rocks to get you on top of Luten Duke's area entirely! This area has some of the most interesting OoB zones in the game, so I recommend looking at this if you can because this trick isn't so hard to do in one go. (RJ)(Will make a video)

38. In Luten Duke's little fighting area, if you start to run on the pillar to the left facing forward, reach all the way to the other pillar without any interruptions, and jump as far as you can towards the roof of the main shack, then you should be able to stay on top of the roof. This can especially be funny when you kill all of the outlaws and Stranger is standing next to Luten Duke and his outlaws and disappears to go to his appointed spot in the cutscene! (RJ)(Will probably make a video)

39. I just discovered this today, similar to trick #23 on the last list, if you make Luten Duke die in a cutter and you fall in one right after he dies, the game will treat it like it doesn't exist and you fall to the bottom of it. When he spins, the screen will get a lot closer than usual on his face, and once that is finished, the screen will go dark, the controller will rumble a little bit, and the game won't do anything except pause the game. The same result won't happen with spikes, but you will die all the same. *If someone could try this trick while skipping the cutscenes, then I would greatly appreciate because something is wrong about that cutscene on my CD!* (RJ)(I'm 50% sure that I'll make a video)

40. If you capture Luten Duke and turn him in, the status screen will count him as an Outlaw Shooter, the game will treat it as if you're turning in a few enemies like the Bounty Store does at first in Mongo Valley if you captured any enemies, if you get off of the bounty-select screen, the game will say that you still need to capture Luten Duke and, thus, his name will stay on the list forever, and if you do assign yourself to him after capturing him, several other strange things will happen. Every time you exit the bounty select screen, the game will continuously play the cutscene that plays when you capture everyone but Boilz Booty, when you exit the bounty store, the game will give you two white dots to go to on the map, if you travel back to Luten Duke once you're actually assigned to him, he won't be there because you already captured him, if you go to the Doc's office, everything will go normally, and if you go to the Bounty Store again after going to the Doc's office, the two white dots will still be there and Doc's office will not have the closed sign on it but you can't enter it again because you already talked to him! This is probably the strangest glitch that can be done in this game! (RJ to capture Luten Duke early)(Might make the video as its own special video)

41. With boombats, you can use boombat jump, so you can now use the boombat jump to get on top of any of the houses in the town or even onto the "outta here" sign's post to get out of Gizzard Gulch even easier than before; this comes late in your time in this city, which makes it obsolete for a speedrun to use, and even though it can be a little interesting to get out of the town while fighting Boilz Booty, the boombat jump has no really interesting use in the city.

42. If you travel on the rooftops of this town towards the gate, if you can reach the closest house to the gate, then try to jump onto the lamp's post on top. If you can get on top of it, then it only takes a simple jump to get over Buzzarton's gate as an alternative strategy to getting out of Gizzard Gulch early if you're bored or annoyed with the original strategy. (BJ or RJ)(95% sure I'll make a video)

43. Get on top of the area surrounding Buzzarton's gate with trick #42, or another strategy that you don't want to try for fun, (continuously jumping in the middle of the gate from its sign and getting lucky enough to get on top of it without sliding off is incredibly tough to do and it took me around 3 hours to do it ONCE) and you can reach several OoB zones in this town as well as a few buildings to stand on, but there's not really any use for this glitch unless you just want to mess with this game. (RJ or BJ)(Might make a video of this to clarify what I just said)

44. Past Gizzard Gulch, if you go into the next in-work town, you can actually get on the roofs of the houses in two ways. One way is to get in the secret compartment areas of the two main houses and if you curve enough in your jump, you should be able to jump from that area to the roof of the building that you're dealing with, and the easy alternative to the first trick is to just use a boombat jump. (RJ or BJ)(Will probably make a video)

45. Use trick #44 on the house that doesn't have a Clukker on top of it. From the roof, get onto the rim of the roof and jump onto the taller pipe of the two that are shown. From there, jump onto the little platform below the platform that looks like the one that you need to get onto (the one that looks like it's easy to reach when really it's harder than you think.) Now, in the past when I didn't know all that much about the boombat jump, I had had this crazy strategy that was pretty hard to do, especially in one go, but now I've realized that all you need to do from the platform that you're standing on at this point is to use as many boombats as you can to get the highest amount out of your jump. Do that on the two high platforms on this mountain and you should be on the top of this area now. From there, you can go back a little ways to nothing interesting, or you can go forward enough to skip the cutscene that plays once you reach the bridge; if you do that, though, you will be put in an unfinished area of what should be the pathway to Buzzarton, so you couldn't continue on to Buzzarton until you make the cutscene play. (BJ with a little bit of HJ)(MIght make a video)

46. This trick can be done in any of the cutscenes that end with a new loading screen, including the one that I didn't want to try to work with in the Tutorial area, and it's somewhat simple if you can get the timing right. If you open up the ammo-select screen at the same moment that a cutscene is supposed to play, the screen will stay stuck on the ammo screen and add in the bars as if it is the cutscene that'll even have the music and skipping opiton of that cutscene; if someone can do this trick on a cutscene that can't skip on a file, then could you please tell me if anything interesting happens when you do it because I ALWAYS screw up when I try to do the trick like that. Also, if you are able to open up the pause menu right when the cutscene is supposed to play, (which I preferrably do by unplugging my controller to get the job done, so I'm not too sure if this works without it) you might have to click the left analog stick in order to scroll on the menu. For some reason, if you load or save a file, the cutscene will start to play after you tell the game where to load your file at, if you quit the game, bring up the options, or resume the game, nothing weird happens, and if you quicksave the game, the cutscene will play normally, quicksave at some strange point, and it will end as usual; if you try to load that file back up, though, it will bring you to a black screen of nothingness with no sound, and if you try to load it again, the sound will be back but I'm still unsure as to where you're at in this black area. (RJ should probably be used to make this easier to work with)(Will probably make a video)

After around 5 hours of this, I don't know how I'm going to get through the rest of the glitches in the other areas of this game! With the time that I have left, I think that I'm going to put down some of the more major glitches of the next few areas, and I'll put down all of the other hard-to-find tricks in the lists in my spare time. I'll still make videos of these tricks, but don't expect them to come any time soon because of a research project that I have in English class (CURSE WRITING ESSAYS!) I have one last question for you all, do you think that I should combine the rest of this list with its original list in the last post to avoid some confusion, or do you think that I should keep the lists seperate to avoid too much room in one post? I guess that I'll see you guys some other time.

I think what I'll do for the rest of these places is make reviews of each of the areas with the main glitches and tricks to be concerned about, so here we go again!

Buzzarton
Right at the start of the new loading screen, if you do a boombat jump onto one of the pillars next to the gate that you're close to, then you can climb onto the top of the roof of the portion of the bridge that you just got out of. From there, you can jump onto the top portion of this area, which can take you as far as an area close to Buzzarton's city and as far back as the start of the bridge that triggered the cutscene in the first place with an OoB zone at the end of it. If you use a boombat jump at the exit to the Grubb village, you can get into the area with a little support for the big, metallic platform ahead. Once in there, if you travel across the set of four logs near the first building of the village as well as some rope next to the logs, you can get on top of one of the buildings with an opening at the back of it. With that, you can shoot at as many Grubbs as you want and listen to their sayings. Speaking of which, if you keep listening to their sayings for a long-enough time, you should eventually hear one of them say "Steef dude" as if you're already a Steef in the other Grubb village! With the trick that I presented in my speedrun route, you can also just use a boombat jump on any other side of the bridge to get on top of it. With the use several boombats, you can get all of the bounties early except for Meagly McGraw (I believe that was his name) and Jo'Momma, who I'm really close to reaching but there's this one height that I just can't reach for some reason; I'll make a video of it later.

Mongo Valley
In the forest, get to the shack area and over to the broken stove a little ways ahead of it. With enough speed, run-jump on top of it, get as much distance as you can, and jump toward the little edge of rock that looks like you can stand on it with all the speed that you have. Once again, get as much speed as you can, run across the rock path that you can walk on, and jump towards the roof of the shack. If you are lucky, you can use a hesitation jump from the roof to get on top of it, and you can get even higher by using the black wires that you can actually walk on. As far as that glitch goes, I've gotten as high as the sniper's postion on that big orange barrel, but that's about the only thing interesting about that trick. Now, go to the beginning of the cave that takes you to New Yolk City, and there should be a pile of rocks that you can get on. Jump from rock to rock until you get to the top position that looks very close to the top of the entire cave. Get on the highest point of the rock and use a triple boombat jump, and if you do it precisely correct, you'll be able to get on top of the cave! From here, you can travel around the forest by easily getting on the top of the level from where you're at. Don't bother trying to enter New Yolk City from above the caves because there's another weird, big pixel-thing that makes it so that you have to activate the cutscene if you want to enter the city. Also, if you go backwards as far as you can, you'll see that behind the rocks of Buzzarton's cave is another OoB zone and nothing more! As for New Yolk City itself, there are several ways to use the gates to get you on top of the houses and into the OoB zone, but if you run fast enough in first-person and jump onto the closest box to Xplosives McGee's hideout and towards the gate, you should be able to get over the gate and into the OoB zone with enough speed and percision. There's also some interesting stuff that's within the OoB zone, which I'll show in a video in the future! From the OoB zone, or with the use of a boombat, you can get on top of the lowest roof of the Port Authority building. From there, if you go over to the left roof that's next to this low-positioned rock, it just looks so close to your reach but you can't get on it without the use of the triple mountain climbing boombat! If you use it correctly, you can go away from this rock and get on top of the tallest roof of the Port Authority building. Sadly, though, you can't get behind the door that leads to the other portion of Mongo Valley because the door's pixel-thing has to be activated by the Port Authority building's pixel-thing first, so if there's some way to get Stranger OoB within the Port Authority building, then it might be possible to skip Xplosives McGee altogether; I doubt that it could ever happen, though.
With the several uses of the boombat jump, you can easily get on top and OoB of most of Mongo Valley's bosses' areas with their low buildings and rock positions that are within the places! Also, if you work with the boombat jump and the rocks surrounding you within Mongo Valley's area with the river inside it, you can fight both Fatty McBoomBoom and Elbowz Freezly early as I'll show in another video! Another big glitch that I should mention in this game is the jesus hop, which basically involves this one-frame trick where you can press A when Stranger is about to fall into the water and it will make Stranger jump again, no matter what the case may be! Which means that if I could make a TAS of this game, I could simply just jesus hop past any currents that I normally get past with other means, but even with pause buffering, this trick is too hard to do in consecutive succession (I've only been able to double-jump twice in a row at max.) One last thing that I should mention: remember in segment 3-2 where I jumped past that boat to activate the cutscene for the battle to begin with the casteraider (or whatever his name is :\.) Well, if you try to talk to the Clukker on the boat, he won't say anything or have any money to give you, and if you try to enter the arena with the Casteraider to begin the fight without the cutscene, it'll only show him there and the battle will never end as long as you stay there. Also, if you go over to the area between a rock and a building to the right of Doc's office, you can jump onto it with enough speed, and, if you do it precisely enough, you can use a hesitation jump to get on the rock above the one that you were partially floating on! From there, you can get on Doc's building to get on the platform that the Casteraider is on, and if you shoot him with a Zappfly, you can quickly bounty him! (I think this even works for the real battle with him) The game will say that you caught a red crossing for $10, but the status screen will count him as an outlaw nailer; you can also get OoB and even swim in the ground in this place, which I'll show off in another video that I'll make in the future!

The only real concern at this portion of the game is that Stranger can get on top of the big platform after just escaping the Casteraider's shack with the use of the tip-toe speed jump; nothing too big here. I almost forgot to mention that there is a way to use the sides of the ramp going up to the second window that you break of the Clukkers' houses to get you OoB with good jumping and speed, but still there's not all that much here.

Grubb Village (Don't read beyond here if you want to stick with the speedrun)
Aside from the minor ways to get OoB with the use of several boombat jumps, you can skip going to the Wolvark Docks by using a single boombat jump to get on top of the first tall rock of the two that are near the two gates, jumping to the other rock, jumping to a rock to the left of the one you're on, and using two boombats or using a narrow jump to get on the posts of the first gate to jump over past the second gate (there's also a way to do this without boombats, which I'll probably make a video for that later, but it's so hard to do, that no one would really figure it out on their own without lots of patience.) At the last waterway with the current, you can use jesus hopping to get you past the current without the boat, but other than those two tricks, this place doesn't have that many tricks.

Last Legs
Other than a minor strategy to get OoB, which requires great difficulty to succeed in the first place, there's only one major trick that can be done here. You can skip Last Legs entirely by getting on one of the last and lowest pipes at the right end of the barrier that leads to Sekto's Dam, sliding into the taller pipe, jump onto the linear postion of the taller pipe closer to the invisible wall, going up to the top of that pipe, and jumping with as much speed as you can toward the invisible wall. If done correctly, you should get slightly over the invisible wall, which means that you can keep the regular boombats for later on. By the way, the upgraded boombats suck because they can only make you jump as high as your regular jump, so it's hardly as useful as the regular boombats can be!

Sekto's Dam
There's yet another difficult way to get OoB in the last room before the Gloktiki's room as well as a way to get on top of the elevator of the Gloktiki's room, but other than that, only the last room of the game has some interesting stuff that can be done in there with regular boombats! With standard boombat jumps, you can enter the arena without the Gloktiki's in it, get out of the arena while fighting the Gloktiki's or Sekto, get on top of Sekto's pedestal area with an invisible wall near it to help you out with the fight against the Gloktiki's, get OoB into the large interior outside of the main room that you fight in, jump out of an open window with the help of getting OoB with the help of the position of Sekto's pedestal's area, climb up the pipes next to the windows with boombat jumps to get you pretty high in the room, clip through the first protective barrier that appears when you begin your fight with Sekto by charging forward right when the battle begins, and even clip through the corners at the very bottom of this area with constant charging! If you can just get rid of boombat jumping in this game, then most of these glitches can be avoided altogether if you just make the regular boombats make you jump as much as the upgraded boombats do!!

There we go!!! I'm finally done with this list with all of the main glitches that anyone should really care about!! I'll make videos of some of these tricks later, but I'm now done with all of the lists with all of the glitches and tricks that would affect the game all that much! I have all of the lists now for all to look at and admire; I am done, and I am finished!!!!
