With all these new titles, re-makes and consoles coming out this year. I think 2011 is gonna be a fantastic for us Gamers indeed
so what are you looking foward to?

Me? I'm exsited for so many things such as...
-Nintendo 3DS
-Zelda: Skyward Sword
-Abe's Oddysee HD

-Animal Crossing 3D
-Pokemon Black and White
-Star Fox 64 3D
-Portal 2

and of course E3.

I think he's referring to 3DS and NGP (or PSP2). They are handheld consoles after all.

Yea... Ive been awaiting the game for a long time. I love Diablo. It has fantastically fun gameplay

Hoping the new one wont have too distracting graphics though.

Diablo 3... I don't really play games much anymore, at all. Except for World of Warcraft, but I don't play that as much as some people.

Black Mesa (the fan-made Half-Life 1 remake) is apparently nearly done according to an article, with a few tweaks needed. I'm hoping it'll finally be released this year.
I'm looking forward to the Oddworld re-releases, of course. And Portal 2. And perhaps the Beyond Good and Evil HD remake (though I don't see the point of that - It looks slightly shinier than the original but that's about it! Gief sequel plx!).

However, while it's nice to see four of my most treasured classic games getting new and well-deserved leases of life (and all perhaps in the same year), I find it a little sad that it's mostly HD re-releases that I'm looking forward to, rather than original games. Is it me or is the gaming industry on a lull this year?

Ooh I forgot Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One. People have been worried about it because its Co-Op, I don't see a problem yet.

People aren't worried about the co-op. People are worried because they've done something completely different. They've milked the basic RnC formulae lots, but it felt just right in ACiT and they're mad not doing one brilliant game before moving onto new horizons (while the basic stuff was right with ACit the length was not).

Big thing for me this year is the 3DS, but I don't foresee buying one until later in the year. Other than that, Duke's about it. Shame I don't have my old preorder receipt, that would be something.

I think that the Nintendo Wii is just for families now, not for hardcore gamers whatsoever. I sold my Wii over a year ago, but I got one ten days after it was released.
