Dead Battle of Mirakinia Valley

The Battle of Mirakinia Valley

Time setting: Approximately 6 months after the events of Munch’s Oddysee

This was a time when many native Mudokon habitats had been taken over, when Glukkons ruled the scene with their smug faces and smoke-belching factories. In such hard times, coming across a Mudokon village that was still free, thriving and strong was a rare thing indeed. However, this was exactly what the Mirakins of Mirakinia Valley were; a strong, warlike and proud clan, lead by the young but wise Chief Muren.
But right on the other side of the valley was Slig Barracks 582, which seemed to be guarding the Vykkers Labs facility that had been built behind it.
Colonel Veleno had been planning to ‘clean out the barbarians to protect the labs’ for quite some time now, and the air in the valley seemed thick with tension as Muren and his people had heard of what was going on.
There were rumours in the village that the Vykkers Labs facility was holding something very important. There had been suggestions and volunteers to sneak into the Labs to find out what it was, but Muren had refused them all, saying they were far too dangerous, even for such physically powerful Mudokons as them.
Finally, one snapped and attacked the other unexpectedly. Veleno ordered his entire cohort out to massacre the unusually large village.
Unfortunately for him and his men, The Mirakins proved to be much stronger than they had first thought. The result being an almost equal outcome, both sides ended with only 4 or 5 men left, and fleeing for their lives. After a while, the Leaders of both sides gathered what little they had left and started to rebuild, planning another assault.

RPG Rules

Special Rules:
1. “I DON’T LIKE SPAM” Rule:
No more than 3 posts a day, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

2. “PV’s Law of Bigwig Ratio’s” (slightly modified) Rule:
When having characters who are part of the Land Mugger hierarchy, try and keep the ratio of such characters in a fashion like this:
2 Scrubs to a Slig.
10 Scrubs OR 5 Sligs to a Big Bro.
20 Scrubs OR 10 Sligs OR 5 Big Bros to a Glukkon.

Similar with using characters of the Tree Hugger hierarchy:
2 Flakes (‘freed’) to a Soldier.
4 Flakes OR 2 Soldiers to a Guard.
40 Flakes OR 20 Soldiers OR 10 Guards to a Chief.
80 Flakes OR 40 Soldiers OR 20 Guards OR 2 Chiefs to a Shaman.

Here, a Soldier can be one of these things: A Mudarcher (pretty
much an archer), a Tomahawker (foot soldier who fights using a
club), a Land Rider (rides to battle on Elum back), or an Airborne
Cavalry (rides overhead the battle on a Meetle mount, uses
Mudarcher bow).

3. “LEEEROOOOY JEEENKIIIIINS” Rule:
YES this RPG is centred around violence, BUT! I will NOT, repeat NOT allow any multiple, mindless killing in a short amount of posts, NPC’s or PC’s alike. There MUST be lead-up to the death, and if the character who is dying is a character played by a player, you MUSTMUSTMUST have consent from them. There will be absolutely NO exceptions for this rule. NONE.

4. “Guideline” Rule:
If you create too many characters, they will SWAMP you. I recommend a maximum of 3 characters for newbie players.

5. “False Genders” Rule:
There are no Female Mudokons, Glukkons or Sligs. The only ‘Females’ are Queens, and there are at least 200,000 Workers to one Queen. Please keep it to a bare minimum. Drones (breeding males) are allowed, but are also expected to be kept to a minimum.

6. “Freaks of Nature/ Super Duper Awesome Pwnage Vykker Experiment” Rule:
NOT. ALLOWED. A freak would be instantly killed by the Land Mugger side and left alone by the Tree Hugger side, and a Vykker experiment with super strength, x-ray vision, mind sucking powers and a 1,000 GB hard drive is just getting plain ridiculous.

7. “NPC (Non-Player Character)” Rule:
Yes, NPCs are allowed. BUT! They absolutely MUST have good relevance to whatever it is you’re doing and why you need them. There will be a limit of 1 NPC per post, but even then please try to keep NPCs to an absolute minimum. This rule is to make the battle/battles easier.

8. “The Golden(Hedonist Edition)” Rule:
HAVE FUN!

THE MIRAKIN FORTRESS:

A large construct, the walls surrounding it are made largely from mud bricks and reinforced with huge, live trees growing up against it. Inside there are mostly sleeping tents that can house about 5 to 6 Mudokons inside. In the centre is the Chieftain’s tent, which has a round tree stump table, several seats around the table and a large fire inside, as well as having an extra room as the Chieftain’s sleeping quarters. At the back of the Fortress is large stables that house several Elums and Meetles, and beside it is the medical hut. Overall the entire Fortress is about 200 metres x 400 metres in size.

THE SLIG BARRACKS:

A bit bigger than the Fortress, the Barracks has walls of freshly-chopped wood and watch towers of steel and concrete, about 30 metres high. There is a mess hall, two main sleeping tents and the Private Quarters in between them. At the back is the armoury and the medical tent. Overall it’s around 300 metres x 400 metres in size.

Physical Description: Almost a head taller than an average Mudokon and very muscly. Black and green feathers flowing from the back of his head almost to the back of his knees, as well as some green feathers on his forehead with a jewel. Bold black target-tattoo tattoo on his face. Wears a long cloak made from furry brown animal hide. Has pale purplish-green skin, skin colour usually stays the same unless there is an extreme change in mood.

Equipment: Carries a large wooden staff topped with a large green stone and decorated with black feathers.

Biography: Muren is unusual in his kind because he’s one of the few Drones who’re interested in anything other than mating. When he was barely out of the egg, he was already showing signs of a promising fighter- not father. Growing up in the warlike and noble community of the Mirakins, he succeeded his predecessor by defeating him in one-on-one battle in a grand display of physical prowess and psychic mastery.
A few years on from then, and Muren now finds him and his people facing a force they have never encountered before.

Biography: Rising through the ranks like Jack’s beanstalk, Veleno has always has a taste for battles- especially the ones with those stupid idiot Mudokon hippies. He’s sent many of his own Sligs to war without a care as to whether many of them survived, as long as he won. He’s also a sucker for luxury, and his private quarters are pretty much a spa, bed of silk sheets, and widescreen TV. As a consequence of this, many of his men are maltreated.

Biography: Being fairly young, he still has much to learn about shooting, killing, being a Slig etc. The Barracks is where he's gonna grow up and learn all that. Also he hasn't had the time to develop his own mind yet, being a perfect candidate to become Veleno's right hand man.

Physical Description: Is average Mudokon height, but is pretty muscular compared to most. Has dark blue feathers that go down to about shoulder length. Wears a light blue cloak that has his clan's emblem on the back: Two swords clashing together.

Equipment: His large two-handed sword and blacksmithing mace.

Biography: Spatharius grew up in the western mountains with his tribe mates the Mudbaith. His tribe spent their days secluded from others crafting weapons not for war, but as an art of expression. When not crafting weapons Spartharius would spar with them against other crafters. Learning the maximum potential of his creations. Despite his efforts Spartharius has yet to craft a weapon with the power of the two-handed blade that was granted to him as a gift when he was a young boy. It is his life pursuit to do so. However his experiments came to a halt when his village was attacked by Slig enslavers. Luckily the Slig force had been small sense they hadn't realized the village was full of warriors. Spartharius and his tribe wandered the mountains in hiding until they were found by a Shaman named Cris. Cris welcomed them to Mehuna Hollow a safe haven for free Mudokons. There they train not as fighters, but as protectors of their people. Spartharius was asked by Cris to assist the Mirakin village. Feeling in debt to Cris Spartharius agreed to serve the Mirakins till death.

Physical Description: He has brownish-dark skin, orange feathers hidden under his hood, and strange purple eyes. He wears a brown cloak and always has his hood on covering his face in shadow. Though his face is hidden you can normally still see his seemingly glowing purple eyes.

Equipment: In hidden pockets in his cloak he carries many plants, herbs, and fangs. He also has a small curved dagger. Has a voice altering device that makes his voice sound very deep and dark.

Biography: Manox grew up in one of the large deserts in the southern part of Mudos. He was a very curious child back in the day. He always followed the elite members of the Mudaara tribe from a distance hoping to learn what they did in the cover of darkness. Manox became the youngest to join the elite group of assassins and quickly found himself becoming the leader. Under his leadership they made many deals with Glukkons in order to make moolah and buy food for his village. Until one day the Glukkons betrayed the group and enslaved many members of the Mudaara tribe. Manox and his elite group were forced to hide in the abandoned underground temples of the desert for quite sometime before they met a shaman by the name of Cris. With his assistance they managed to free their tribe and find a safe place to hide in Menuha Hollow. In debt to Cris Manox agreed to assist the Mirakins when Cris asked.

Name: Fromage. He has no surnames or whatever.

Rank: Uhhh....Normal walking slig that shoots and kills stuff.

Age: 17 in slig years.

Physical Description: Fromage is smaller than adult size since he isn't fully grown, and his left arm is brighter green and plastic. He has normal pants and a normal mask.

Equipment: Pants, a plastic arm and a rapidly firing gun.

Biography: Fromage grew up living like most industrial sligs do, then moved to the Slig Barracks 582 place. He was deemed useless after losing his arm to a grinder and mudokon before entering, despite having a plastic limb. He proved people wrong after shooting dead some natives in a sick twisted frenzy, and was given the same work opportunities as any other walking slig with more arms than him.

He is usually pretty quiet and uninterested in socializing, but can get a hyperactive frenzy where he enjoys killing those he's allowed to, usually mudokons. He doesn't actually speak, but can make sounds that go with fear or happiness. He has sworn a future confrontation with the mudokon involved in his accident, and keeps his gun loaded should the opportunity come. He has bravery, willing to take a risk for something decent.

D&D Alignment: Baddie, but with some noticeable goodness.



Name: Egamorf

Gender: Male, sterile.

Species: Mudokon.

Alliance: Tree Huggers, since he found them.

Rank: Something along the lines of a non warrior newbie.

Age: 17, though he looks younger.

Physical Description: He has a regular light brown loincloth, his ponytail is in a bun and there is a younger look about his green face that makes him appear to be 12.

Equipment: A strong branch he found, should he need to defend himself from industrialists.

Biography: Egamorf used to be a scrub slave elsewhere, under the watchful eyes of Fromage one day. He was scrubbing away to himself while the slig his age remained calm and reading the Daily Deception. He didn't warm him the faulty grinders were switched on and would spring to life at any minute, out of fear of being beaten for talking. When they sparked and started, he'd rather he didn't get involved when the slig's hand was caught on a gear, hoping he would just get his arm free and the situation would be done with.

Some seconds later and Fromage had had his left arm torn off. Repulsed, he avoided the emergency switch, in case he would be to blame for not working or the horrific accident. When Fromage's screams were heard, medical help came bursting in. Egamorf escaped out of the open door.

He wandered, until coming across the Treehugger fortress. There he decided to stay, avoiding any type of warrior-war-killing-soldier work.

Whilst Egamorf is an all-round good person, with decent opinions and the like, he is a coward in more ways than one. He'd rather ignore screams for help for his own sake, would never sacrifice his life for someone, let alone risk it, and would commit mortal sin if he was secure in the knowledge no one would find out. His fatal flaws are usually hidden.

D&D Alignment (optional): Good, but with obvious badness.

Biography: He work for a group of assassins untill he failed a contract due to his over confidence he was cast out he joined the tribe to start a new life but now this turn of events has caused him to take up his assassin gear once more.

Physical Appearence: Just a run 'o' the mill Mudarcher with the exeption of a scar down his chest.

Equipment: His trusty bow , loincloth obviously, feathers and a staff attached to his back with leather straps.

Biography: Folkost belonged to the 3rd devision of the Mudarchers but joined the Tree Huggers when Big Bro's wiped them all out(that is how he got his scar).

Appearance: Your normal slig but he has a long scar running down his left arm making it slightly limp. His mask is a camoflauge colour with a dull red glowing visor. His right arm is quite muscular but no where near as big as a Big-Bro.
Weapon of choice: Can I say sniper rifle? If not then a rather smal blitz packer.
Bio: He started at Slig Barracks 289. There he aquired a taste for being far away from his enemies. He worked at a Splinterz factory where he got that long scar on his arm while working nearby something sharp. He never got to see what it was that had given him his scar. Right after he was sent to vykkers labs where his arm was to be given care. While being operated on he awoke and saw what was happening and shot the vykker with a nearby gun. The glukkon he had worked for sw this and had Hobar transferred to a military camp where he joined up here.

Equipment: Spooce bow, Scrab tooth, a stick (the mount likes fetch)

Biography: By the time Shrishiy was 12 his parents died in a tragic event that involved a lot of sligs and a lot of slaughtering. It was this that made him decide to join the many strong a brave warriors of the mirakin tribe. Shrishy was a natural mudaracher as he held such a steady arm and possessed such incredible sight that he could see and hit anything farther then any other mudarcher had before. On his 17th birthday he was confronted by an albino meetle (whom I shall leave non-playable) who became his faithful mount. When he met this anomaly (for want of a better word) it was wearing a necklace baring a scrab tooth, this is what Shrishiy now wears around his neck.

D&D Alignment: Shrishiy's alignment is never determinable as it constantly changes under changing circumstances.

Appearance: He is a completely normal mudokon but he has a slightly longer loincloth.
Bio: He used to be in a mudokon village but was offered as payment so sligs wouldn't attack. This has given him his twisted soul. He is fonder of sligs than he is of mudokons due to this inciddent. He has wanted a chance to hopefully kill a mudokon who gave him away so he joined this camp.

Dengar thought of him like a father figure and learned all his skills from him but one day he was killed by a Mudoken assassin and Dengar swore revenge he lived out the rest of his life on his own and did odd jobs for the highist bidder he moved to slig barracks 582 for a perminant job.

Physical Description: He has the average massive steroid pumped body for a Big Bro. His skin is a healthy green, he has the normal Big Bro mask and pants. He has four parallel scars on his right arm. He wears his military marks and badges on the ammo straps that cross his body like a 'X'

Equipment: Well his normal Big Bro pants and mask, ammo straps across his chest and back, rocket launcher ammo, grenades, removable chainsaw-esque bayonet, and his special modified Love... I mean gun.... her name is Veronica.

Biography: Slig #55,427 showed very good signs at first as he took to cruelty and mercilessness with ease. He was promoted to a Big Bro before finishing much of his training in the barracks. However as he began to age and reached his teenage years in the barracks Slig #55,427 became very insubordinate. At first they was hoped it was only a phase, but when he killed his instructor it became very apparent that he wasn't worth the effort.
Slig #55,427 found himself on the streets of a rather large metropolis without a moolah to his name. Luckily he found a job at a club as a bouncer. Slig #55,427 discovered while working there he had quite a liking for music. Somehow while listening to music describing violence he found it easier to concentrate. However when the DJ Intern that worked at the club started playing country music Slig #55,427 killed him. No one payed it any mind as Slig #55,427 took over as DJ taking the name DJ Red. He actually played much better music then the previous DJ and brought new customers to the club.
DJ Red while being the DJ of the club was also still a bouncer, he rarely needed to apply physical force as he was quite an intimidating force. DJ Red managed to impress the leaders of the Corrosive gang with his powers of intimidation. They recruited him into the gang as a 'collector' and he wasn't too bad in gun fights.
While in this gang DJ... well lets just say his past leads to military leadership.

The Fortress, front gate
Muren sighed deeply, he could still hear the cries of pain and fear from his people. He felt like he was the only one left. Walking to the gate of the newly-formed defensive Fortress, he drew out his staff. Holding it up high above his head, he chanted, eyes closed. The trees and grass around him seemed to exhale, chanelling their energy into his staff. When Muren thought he had enough charge, he brought the staff to the ground, sending a huge, bright green light into the sky. It hovered there, high above the Fortress for any surviving allies to see.

The Barracks, private quarters
Veleno yawned loudly, and got up from his lounge chair. He'd just been relaxing, trying to think of how next to continue. There were a scarce few of his men left...
'#034! Get in here!' He shouted suddenly. The Slig, #034, ran to his master's call.
'Wassup, Colonel?'
'Set up some skylights, we need some more men. I can't send out for reinforcements, not right after our first seige on the barbarians... I'd be reguarded as a fool.'
#034 obediently bolted ouside, getting two red skylights and placing them at the gates of the Barracks, sending a blood-red glow throughout the whole base.

As Shrishiy was hovering above the shaman (obviously on his meetle mount) he noticed guiltily that he had never taken much notice to him and didn't even know his name. Shrishiy's head had began to wonder off when he was suddenly sent flying sideways as a bolt of light flew up past him.
"That must have been the signal," said Shryshiy out loud and he began to descend. He landed with a soft thud and, without dismantling, he began to ride toward the shaman.

Spartharius noticed a huge, bright green light in the sky that pointed out the location of the Mirakin fortress. Spartharius said to his quiet traveling companion, "That must be our destination at last."
The companion said nothing, but Spartharius watched as the creepy dark purple eyes from under the companion's hood moved to look at the green light. Creeped out by the cloaked Mudokon, Spartharius mumbled, "Well... let's get going shall we."
The two natives made their way across the rocky hills and made their way to the fortress's entrance. Spartharius looked around for some of the Mirakins, "Hello?"
The cloaked Mudokon, who had said nothing for the past two weeks on their trip despite Spartharius's attempts to start conversation, suddenly said with a dark almost unreal voice, "This could be a trap. The Industrial forces may have already won the battle and are now trying to collect the survivors by calling them with this light. Prepare yourself."

IC: Hobar looked down at the battle feild in disbeleif. These savages were tough. As he gazed down he spied the scrub Stumel. He had fought in the battle? Even from Hobar's high position he hadn't seen him. Walking back to the camp he met up with Stumel. "You were out there fighting?" Hobar asked. Stumel nodded with a bloodthirsty look in his eyes. Hobar almost shivered. 'That is one messed up mudokon.' he thought. It was sickening to see a mudokon fight his own kind. Or so he had heard. Looking up at the imposing barracks he walked through the gate to see if how many others had survived. He hadn't been hurt at all due to the fact he had been a sniper. It had been safe for him but how many others had not been safe. He sat down and felt the taste of defeat. 'So this is how it feels to lose.' He thought. Sighing deeply he headed to the medical hut to see if anyone was injured.
Stumel felt good. He had helped in this battle. Craving for more he would have advanced on the fleeing mudokons ,but the commander had pulled them all back. 'When will we get back out again?' He wondered.

Ic: Altair looked out at the battle field all the blood all the bodies but he was used to it he soon saw a green light in the sky thats the signel he thought he began to run toward the light. After a long run he reached the fortress he began to look around if he chould see any more survivers.

Through his scope he chould see there was no more fighting its over for now Dengar thought he began to walk away toward the barracks. when he arrived at the barracks he looked for surviors.

OOC: Finally it starts!

IC: The Slig Barracks
Charleston attached the last tentacle to an unlucky slig's face. He looked at his patients. One big bro convulsed horribly before he finally lay still in his stretcher. Charleston sighed. "What was the point?" he thought aloud, "All this for nothing." Charleston began to make his way outside.

The Mirakin Fortress(Outside)
All the carnage he had seen on that battlefield yet they still hadn't won completely. "I'm gonna do something," he said. Folkost loaded his bow onto his back and took out his staff. He away from the fortress and climbed up a hill, using his staff as a walking stick. Eventually he came to the top. He saw the corpes and massacre of the battle, layed down on the grass and started to think of a way to help his remaining people. Then after a few minutes out of the corner of his eye he spotted a green light, he turned to it and ran to the fortress gates.

OOC: I'll do it again this time defferently.

IC: Haddock was ridding his elum peacefully through the forest when suddenly right in front of him, lying on the ground was a young sleeping mud. He poked the random with the back of his spear. 'Ha? Where am I?' asked The mud.
'Who are you?' asked Haddock.
'I'm... I'm...errrr....GRIB!' said the Mud exitedly, 'Thats righ my names Grib!'
'And what are you doing here, Grib?'
'Now I remember; sligs raided my village taking my family and freinds slaves, I then fled the village and ran through this forest after about an hour of running I think I ran into somthing..... And thats how I ended up here'
Above Grib Haddock saw a low branch which he to probably would have ran into also if he didn't notice the sleeping mud first.

Haddock didn't know why he asked Grib this next question. He did, after all, like being alone.

'Listen I'm too am going to start a new life', said Haddock 'There's a small village not far from here who is having trouble with land muggers, If you were to help them fight they'll gladly welcome you into their village'

'Ummmm, Okay!' said Grib.
'By the way my name is Haddock'

The trip to Mirakinia Valley was silent after about an hour they got there, Haddock was sure he could have done it in half that time if he didn't have to ride the same speed Grib walked.

Above the fortress was a green eerie light below it, at the gate was a tall man who Haddock guessed was the cheif.

'Excuse me' asked Haddock 'My freind and I are new here how can we help and where can we sleep?'

Name: Jaime H. (The H stands for Hank, but he would never say it)

Nickname: Aimer.

Gender: Infertile Male

Age: 19 ( in truth he is only two years old)

Physical Description: Jaime is basically your average Slig. He is tiny (average size, really, but kind of small), not really that muscular, and wears the double lens mask. His skin is a little more lighter than most Sligs, as well as his nails. He also has a armor plate on his chest that has a code number on it that says: Omega.

Equipment: Your basic pants, except these have clips on the sides that allow him to attach weaponary and the such. He ususally carries around a Single Barrel Blitz Packer in his hands as a weapon. Aimer also carries around a baton on his pants, several other ammo pieces, and a flare.

Biography: Upon birth, Sligglets are given a number, which identifies them. Some Sligs are allowed to keep their number if they want for their name, but most choose to give themselves another name. The Sligs from the birthmother Hank after graduation are allowed to give themselves their own name. Even a last name, if they wanted.

Jaime, after given complete instructions on how to be a proper Slig (Sligs are given training to make sure they are fit for be a security guard, not exactly on how to shoot a gun), was given the choice to be given a name aside from his number. Of course, Jaime had thought of two names to name himself. He had looked up in a Name Yourself for Dummies book to find his first name, which he was pleased with. He thought it was very fitting. His last name Hank, was the name of his birthmother, who he had loved very close to the heart. So at the Naming Ceremony (which was really a small bar where the Glukkon who wasn't drunk and lost three bets in a row would be in charge), Jaime had proclaimed his complete name. Jaime Hank.

From that moment on, Jaime was picked on for naming himself both names that weren't very manly, in fact, kind of girly by Slig standards. Jaime was the laughing stock at the ceremony. Although both names were close to heart, he began to feel ashamed of himself. He couldn't forget the time where other Sligs started to laugh at him, while his friends were disgusted to even know him. He shocked him so much that later on, he gave himself a nickname based off of his first name. With the name Aimer, Jaime thought the jokes would stop.

Unfortunently, when Jaime had been assigned to Ammonition Tower 804, his masters and Slig instructor had to know his real name. The Glukkons would snicker at the sight of him and the Slig instructor would be exceptionally strict and harsh to him.

Feeling small was very emphasized here, since neither was accepted for his name, he was never really promoted for his work at the Tower. His gun was small and merely just a shotgun. He was only given a baton for a primary weapon, while the shotgun was only to be used in emergencies. As a result, Jaime has very little self estem.

As of six months ago, things got much different and very frightening. There was first a news report that 29 Mudokons had suddenly disappeared from their work stations at the biggest meatplant on Oddworld, Rupture Farms. There were also reports of several security devices left on the floor had disappeared, along with many Sligs dead. The only possible suspect for the cause was a Mudokon named Abe, who was wanted only shortly after attempting to run away, and was suspected to have left. It caused quite a tense moment at the work staff, for this never happened. Some just claim it is just a false rumor and just a way for people to know what this New 'n Tasty is. About two days later, a front page articale had describe the horror; Rupture Farms had been shut down. All of the power had been cut, all 100 Mudokons had escaped from the factory, most of the Sligs had been killed, the entire board had been killed, and Mullock had gone missing. In the following days, SoulStorm Mines had been shut down, along with Bonewerks, FeeCo. Depot, and Slig Barracks. All with the same incidents; Sligs had been killed, along with important Glukkons, and Mudokons gone missing. Eventually SoulStorm Brewery had been completely destroyed. All fingers pointed to Abe the escapee.

There was a fear among everyone. Who was next? Why was this happening? Several Mudokons had attempted escape. Even more incidents would happen. Several factories and a Vykkers Labs had been shut down. Explosions occured. Sligs, Interns, Vykkers, and Glukkons were killed. The last Gabbit had been turned into a terrorist. Wealth was drained. The Glukkon queen had to be put on life support. Chaos was everywhere. Even in the Mongo Valley had been flooded, although no one is for sure why that had happened.

There was war, and both Natives and Industerial creatures alike had to be ready. Who knew what was next.

Jaime was drafted to Slig Barracks 582 for reinforcements. It was his turn to shine. But first, he has to prove to everyone in his squadren that he could do better than a private.



Name: Verd

Gender: Sterile Male

Species: Mudokon

Alliance: Land Muggers [Barracks]

Rank: Scrub or Mudokon Worker. He mainly is a janitor in Slig Barracks 582.

Age: Almost 18 in human years.

Physical Description: He dresses in such a way the a Scrub would wear. As for his skin, it is a little more green than the rest of the Scrubs.

Equipment: Probably a cloth, a mop, and a bucket full of water.

Biography: Verd was born and raised in a different Slig Barracks. In his belief, he was sentenced to a life of fear and dirty work. His only purpose there was to clean up after the Sligs, and so was to continue for the rest of his life. His life was destined to be that way according to several Sligs, until the day he died.

The Sligs there could be defined as very aggressive. They had several times before try to kill Verd and the Mudokons he was with, and when they couldn't do that, they beatened them. The Sligs also defined the rules very well. Whenever the Mudokons even broke the rules just a little (one of them was to never walk away from your work station unless you are told to or your shift is over), they would be given exceptionally harsh punishments. Both mentally and physically. Just enough for Verd to believe that the little things he got (consumeristic products and the tube) was worth it all. He also will do anything a Slig tells him to and has a fear of not behaving the way he should. He has a fear of escaping, for he could not know how to react to a world full of other dangers that he was unfamiliar (Mudokons are told on the outside, there are savage beasts and a life of horrible inconveninces. It is supposily better to resist the cruel environment of the factories and Sligs than to live outside.) and believes he will be found. This fear is so strong, Verd has the strange belief that when a terrorist does come, he would have to kill them.

Since his transfer to Slig Barracks 582, Verd has been exceptionally fearful. He had heard rumors that Mudokon terrorists were just outside their doorstep. And ever since the huge assult, Verd has scared out of his skin. He feels that in any day now, he will die. Verd will do anything to resist escaping and be as obident as he can, so he wouldn't be the next Mudokon killed.

IC: 2 years had passed since i found the village they took me in giving me a single tent in the back, i maneged to survive nearly 3 attacks oon the village we lost many brave warriors.(NPC) it was nearly dawn when i was awoken i walked out side to smell the cool crisp air. tomarrow i would make my secret sole attack on the barracks across from me. " One day i shall have my revenge"

Egamorf the teenage mudokon with a young face woke up slowly from sleeping outside. It was another usual day in the native place he had found. He groaned at the sun, screwed his eyes shut and rolled over. He wouldn't be beaten by a gigantic distant fireball! Egamorf, the former scrub slave, would sleep in!....Unless one of the tomahawkers woke him up. He moaned.

(Slig Barracks, on the ground)
Fromage, the one armed teenage walking slig, slept like a baby on the dusty earth, yawning cutely as he awoke. He shrieked like a girl to a spider when he saw the red light, before realising it was just another one of those industrial things. He ran in the general direction of it, his prosthetic limb by his side. He vowed to prove himself worthy and useful to his superiors. Tiredness wouldn't let him down or hold him back.

'Well better get to work.' he thought. He then began to look for anything to start with. Noticing that there was a few stains every here and there he began cleaning them.

There has only been one attack on the village so far, and Muren is curretly the only one at the Fortress. The Village itself has been destroyed, replaced by a Fortress. The attack was merely one and a half days ago.
Your 'flashback' would have been perfectly fine if it was in present tense.

The Fortress
Muren looked up in surprise at the Meetle Rider (Shrishiy) coming towards him. As he got closer, Muren decided to greet him.
‘Greetings and salutations, warrior! I apologise for nearly shooting you out of the sky; I usually don’t expect Airborne Cavalry to be hovering above my Fortress.’ He smiled, though grimly.
Muren turned around, and saw some more Mudokons coming to the gates. The beacon had worked. He could almost cry in joy. He had thought for a moment that he would never see another Mudokon again, and now they were flocking to his aid.
”Excuse me” Muren heard a voice beside him, ”My friend and I are new here, how can we help and where can we sleep?” He looked around to see an Elum Rider and another young Mudokon.
“Well you, warrior can help with taking care of the beasts for now. The stables are at the very back of the Fortress. It shouldn’t be too hard, there’s only your Elum and this lad’s Meetle so far.’ He said to the tall Rider (Haddock). “And you, little one, can help with the stables as well if you like. You can choose any tent you wish to sleep in, except my tent of course which is the large one in the very middle.” He said to the younger Flake (Grib).

The Barracks
Colonel Veleno walked outside, to see if there was anyone left. Hearing someone shriek, he looked around in alarm; turned out it was just a young Slig (Fromage). Veleno sighed loudly in annoyance.
“In future, you might want to keep your hysterical fear to yourself.” He called out to the Slig.
#034 trotted back to his master, eager to receive another order.
