I've kind of been up and down on my commitment to working out in the past couple of years, but for the last few months I've really buckled down and forced myself to do it. Every time I meet a goal, I take a picture at the end of the week, and label it with the amount of weeks I am into the current routine. Here are the first goal picture, and the most recent. I don't know how to show the progress while wearing a shirt, so you prudes are just going to have to deal with the shirtlessness.
Apparently, I can only add one image at a time from my phone. Oh, well.
