hi guys sorry i did not send any messages for a long time i had some time some editing cams files on exoddus and yeah i'm so busy doing all the work i've been working on so how's things lately?
How far are you on your level anyway, and did you change the stuff about the cams before (you know with there being too much going on)?

Ah I found that really funny because I wasn't expecting it. Just when you think you've done something, KABOOM! Restart from checkpoint.

Loved that screen with all the bombs on RuptureFarms. You know the one in the original one where you do the jump then the runjump. Took me some time to get past that because when you stepped on the bit of the floor on the second part, some random slig blew up and made Abe fall over and explode.

Gotta love trick levers as well. The two on the first screen got me.

Some interesting levels kapteeni13, a bit more trial and error than Im used to but good to see something new

Oddman to get past that area you need to rescue the mudokon near the mines and door, just get him to walk past the mines as he won't trigger them.

Soon working with Monsaic Lines as i have time. ^^

Very first screen is hintful for fake mines as Slig goes past three but explode for 4th

What's the random exploding slig for anyway?
Something that should make jump off bit from chair. But it was weak try. ^^

I've thought about adding a site section to a website I'm making to contain and host these level files on there because unless we all use skydrive or something (which in itself is clunky) the links aren't permanent.

Of course that's if people are okay with their levels being uploaded to it, you don't have to if you guys don't want to. It's just a thought.

Well right now, the site is coming together very well. I'm using mostly CSS for the stuff anyway so if I have to put anyone's level in it'll just be about me writing a description, adding screenshots and uploading it all. Don't expect it to be super-fancy because I don't have Dreamweaver or anything, but I've learnt enough of it to make a good-looking one in notepad. :P

Just a little thing; it's "that" not "thath".

The cam you made looks pretty good actually, only thing is, the wall with the bonewerkz sign is in a weird perspective. Basically, the texture on the left wall is going to the top left, it should be going to the bottom left.

Just fix that one thing and it'll be awesome.

If you're going to use that stone texture, then add some similar texture to the text, glukkon head and the brew bottle.

About the website; it's not that I'm having trouble creating it, I have pretty much all HTML and CSS written up, I just need to get all the content on there first. Pics and whatnot of stuff.

hey guys did anyone know witch cams thay are working on? i just think some cams are very hard work and including making fg1 layers it's not that easy.

At the current time it is at least, Paul said he was working on it didn't he? The features he says he's implementing into it on his site look great. Just a matter of making levels to pass the time. :P

I might dig out my old stockyard level again if anyone really wants to play it as well. I'm pretty sure I have it on my old laptop.

any fg1 is not Impossible only it is a layer on the background is cover from the image and i know how an fg1 layers are not that simple i don't know to make an fg1 layers work but i need some steps how to make it.

Has anyone done a Scrab-O-Rama level? Maybe modify the Scrabanian Temple or Mudanchee Vaults and add more Sligs, Slogs, and Mudokons to save?

I think you mean Paramonian Temple.

And wasn't there an issue with editing that level anyway? Maybe not but I'm still working on the site so I might start working on a level again sometime later on.

Nice attempt (I see you managed to make the mines working, but not the UXBs, same problem here), but still needs a heck load of editing to be honest, unless you actually meant it for ddcheating, but there are things that do not work yet (the third death drop, several hoists) - ah well, I think you already know that. I will try to finish until monday my edit... got some ideas that are different from yours

But, i have already done all objects work in Path 1. Even UXB's work.
This screen should look like this:


Did you loaded game by using Saved game method or using level cheat method?

It's recommed to use Level Cheat method to make all objects work.
To do it go in Main Menu and when Abe says "Hello" hold SHIFT and press Down, Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left, Up and Level chooser will appear. ^^
