Yes, thankyou Captain Obvious. As I said in my last post, I've played quite a few of TTG's episodic games. With the exception of The Devil's Playhouse, I've always been a little disappointed by the graphics but I've always accepted them for the reasons you gave. However, given that the original Jurassic Park film was so groundbreaking in its use of CG and the dinosaurs were so compelling, these games really needed to kick arse in the design and presentation of the models. Like I said, the images were better than I expected for Telltale, but not as good as I hoped.

The only thing that needs to be great here is the animations. As long as that's good they succeeded. They are just using a slightly modified version of their usual engine so it seems perfectly normal to me. Plus, the dinosaur models are great.
The only thing I do hope for is decent animations.
And don't forget that this game is going to be marketed at casual gamers. That, combined with the fact that they probably don't have much development time and that they can, thus, only use a slightly modified version of their engine, means that they need to make it compatible with older computers.
Sure, MW and MW2 had great graphics and great optimization but they also worked on stabilished engine (a hugely modified id4 engine). TT can't afford that.
Then again, I rather have the good story and puzzles than decent graphics.
