I've never gotten stressed very often, but these days its ridiculous. Even at university when I had exams later that day that I wasn't sufficiently prepared for, I was sitting around bored and uninterested.

I don't think that was an appropriate response.

I just get progressively more irritable. I remember I once shouted at a friend because he had his computer monitor on High Contrast.

It makes me lose hair and destroy what I'm doing. I'm especially stressed when I'm doing industrial drawing, so I crumple my sheets.
