I've been listening to Mew lately. Anyone else heard them? They're labeled 'indie dream pop'. I only have Frengers, but it's really great.

Talking of matchsticks, I may be going to see Status Quo later on in the year. Last year was the only time I've seen them perform "Pictures of Matchstick Men" live.

I've been listening to a lot of Charlie Parker recently. "Yarbird Suite" especially. I love that melody.

Can someone help me out track down a particular piece of music? I don't have much to go on and I've depleted Google and Youtube so maybe there is a 1 in a 1000 chance that someone here happens to know what I'm talking about.

It's a piece of music that can best be described, I think, as a soundtrack/background music sort of thing. I really wouldn't know how else to describe it. It's a mostly instrumental track which has some lyrics for effect, mostly whispered behind the music. The most distinct line I remember from it is "I want to love ya, love ya, love ya, love ya" (it echos and fades out).

I thought it was some really cool music so I'm trying to find the track and the artist but I'm not having much luck. If you have a vague idea, no matter how much of a guess, please let me know.
