Senate Bill could potentially screw Youtube and all of it's members

Check it.

I doubt it will pass, but you never know. If it does, it had better omit any and all users who uploaded videos prior to it's instating. Otherwise myself and 95% of Youtube will be in chin-deep in legal red tape.

Also, if passed, Youtube Poop will be illegal. Good news to some, bad news to others.
