If I'm correct....
i think I know the room you're talking about. Practice crouching and rolling onto the platforms. DON'T STAND AND JUMP! that's nearly impossible. crouch, roll, hang, pull self up, duck, crouch, roll, hang. Do so when the coast is clear of course. I hope this is the room you're talking about.
