Not Cool

In your opinion, what is not cool? Or in simpler terms: What pisses you off?

For me, it pisses me off when my friend/neighbour comes to my house at 6:30 in the morning to wake me up for school. Really, I think it's rude and it makes me uncomfortable waking up to a smiling face staring right back down at me :S
"Come on let's go to school even though it's only 6:30 in the morning!"

It can be good in a way. It certainly stops you from hurting yourself doing something physical or embarrassing yourself doing something theoretical.

Over the past two years I've developed this deep intolerance of irrationality - It's one of the few things that deeply offends me. It's bad enough when it's coming from those who should know better, but worryingly I'm starting to not tolerate it any more from those who don't: pets, babies, children, or the mentally ill. Maybe it's because I've put up with too much of it lately or something. :S

Fortunately I'm pleased to say that I have to think hard to remember what else pisses me off. Remembering is incredibly easy when I come across what does, though. :P

Yeah I'm pretty pleased myself that I only really have a few things that piss me off
Other than that, I'm pretty happy these days.

People who try to embarrass you for having a larger vocabulary than they do. I'm not trying to be pretentious or high and mighty when I use a word, I just fucking use it. Just because it isn't one you hear everyday doesn't mean you should try to make it out like Im trying to be those things, expand yo knowledge mothafuckas.

Or I guess it pisses me off when people actually DO use big, necessary words (which sometimes don't even make sense) to make them more pretentious when it really makes them sound stupider.

Chocolate, causes so many problems in my life because I don't like it, It's even hard enough to convince new people I meet that I don't like it, but I have this situation in my head that I'm scared could happen one day,

I'm in a great relationship, its my birthday and my lover bakes me a cake, sadly the cake is made of chocolate just because the fact that I hate chocolate somehow haden't come up in conversation between us, I'd then have to break the horrible news that I don't like chocolate, but I would defiantly appreciate the thought.

I hate the fake gangsta act so many young kids put up the last decade or so. Really makes my blood boil when a 14 year old starts shouting stupid stuff at me but I can't even look back at him because that will challenge the massive group of other 14 year olds that are standing next to him. So in the interest of avoiding a fight I have to ignore it, but god I want to knock little brats like that out so badly.

Doesn't just go for 14 year olds though, there are adults who think they are this big bad ass gangsta and it's anoying as fuck.

I don't like friends who embarass you and are constantly trying claw their way up above everyone socially, and are willing to back-stab, fight and cuss their way up. One friend in particular I really have trouble staying friends with.

Furthermore, I too hate kids who try to act like dey iz gangsta. Just today a year 7 came up to me and told me I shouldn't be eating out of the cantine with a face full of sarcasm, I literally had to swallow down the urge to punch him in the face along with my hash brown.

My pet peeve is closed minded ignorance with arrogance thickly pour on top. Seriously, the amount of times I had to stop talking to people who go off in flying tangents about shit they either a; know nothing about or b; parroting what the masses say.

Also, laziness. Can't fucking abide laziness.

EDIT: Stuff like this annoys me too;

:
I'm older and smarter than all of you.

Racism. People who feel the need to lie because they think it's easier than telling the truth. Bad drivers.

People stating the obvious in an attempt to make small talk. Example: We're at the grocery store. Buying beer. Cashier says, "Beer, huh?". Yes. Yes it's beer. It's not milk, it's not dog food. It's beer. Jesus.

Not fighting. It's not that I enjoy fighting, but when someone insults or attempts to insult my wife or friends for no god damned reason, I want to educate them in the simplest way possible. But I am too old for such things. I promised Dorian she'd never see me in the back of a police car, so I find myself taking the high road. Constantly. It bothers me.

The way my wife and I [or even me and my friends] typically get treated in nicer restaurants or retail establishments. Just because I don't shop in Nordstroms and I haven't shaved in a few years doesn't mean we don't have money. Or that I'm a bad person. Or trouble maker. Getting followed by security or just plain ignored is common.

Those people who engage you in an argument, then halfway through, they realise that you're going to win. I see it in their eyes and they think I don't notice, but it's pretty hard not to notice that they've completely jumped argument in order to sound like they were really arguing something else the whole time, and that I'm being stupid and misunderstanding, when it's really fucking obvious that you're just trying to confuse me and make me look stupid. Well screw you, I'm going to call you out on it as soon as you try and pull that one, to hell with how petty it makes me look.

Bonus points if they swap to the most reliable argument in the room i.e. yours.

"Oh, that's what you're trying to say? Well that's what I've been trying to say all this time! Why were you arguing with me? You really love arguing for the sake of it, don't you?!"
"No, I've been arguing with you because you're wrong."

Hmph.

Also unreliable internet connections.

I hate it how I can't have a serious conversation about videogames with anyone the same age as me in my school.

"Hey, you gonna get Modern Warfare 3?"

Me: No.

"Oh. So you gonna get Battlefield 3 then?"

Me: Nah.

"Huh. So what are you gonna get?"

Me: Probably Batman: Arkham City and TES: Skyrim.

"What's Skyrim? Why do you play Batman games? Are you like 10?"

ARRGHHH, it annoys the hell out of me. Why are the only known games in here fucking FIFA, NHL and/or Call of Duty? Fuck the fuck off.
