A question about formatting or HTML or possibly magic

Would it be possible to change the main page blog setup from descending from most recent to replacing the blog of an author still on the main page with a newer one? What I mean is:

MONDAY
Blog title/Author
BUTT by Opium Baby
FART by Jub Jub
ASS by Wankmeister
CLOWN by Asshole
STUPID by Sticky

And say Asshole decides to update his blog.
TUESDAY
Blog title/author
BUTT by Opium Baby
FART by Jub Jub
ASS by Wankmeister
CLOWN Part 2 by Asshole
STUPID by Sticky

And then someone not on the front page makes a blog...
WEDNESDAY
JESUS by Christfan666
BUTT by Opium Baby
FART by Jub Jub
ASS by Wankmeister
CLOWN Part 2 by Asshole

I ask as the person who probably pumps out the most of these things but finds it reprehensible to kick other blogs off the front page when I post more stupid shit that won't fit into a thread.

I'd have googled this but I'm not sure what kind of terms I could use.

Nope. The blogs feature on this version of vBulletin is very inflexible. There's really very little that we can do to tweak it.

EDIT: Also, if it's been a few days and no-one has posted a new blog, I think you're safe to post a second one.
