Yeah, this was a frequent problem for me with the PS copy of the game. Try cleaning the disc and the little reader inside your PlayStation. If all you’re interested in is watching the FMVs, then you can download them all from The Oddworld Cinema.

The ‘Guardian Angel’ video is a 30‐second TV ad that was made but never broadcast, so it was included on the PlayStation gamedisc as a bonus. It shows Abe in his cell sometime between being captured in the ‘What a Drag’ FMV and his being strung up as seen in the opening movie. The machine that taunts him is a Shrink, a device created by Vykkers to keep employees just emotionally stable enough to stay productive.

That happens to me too when I play the "Guardian Angel" clip and when it ends it plays the "This is Rupture Farms" clip or when I play the bad ending after it ends it plays the good ending. Maybe it's my Ps1. v_v

Thats the problem with old ps1's they have a hard time reading most cd's, also the VERY old versions can/do scratch the discs from it touching the laser unit slightly. I've noticed most of my disc have scratches all around them

I bought with eBay last year a new copy of AO for PS1: it was good, but playing the game I found some problems, especially in the Stockyards. And in the Molluck's Guard clip (is this the true name?). Anyway it is perfect now. I thibk the errors are caused by the old console and by the ruined CD.
