Any Lemmings fans here?

Since Oddworld's a classic, I figured there might be people here who like other classics too, so yeah... any fans of Lemmings here?

I myself play this heaps; I've even made a few large level packs of my own that have received pretty good feedback - the latest one even has one level that still has not been beaten by anyone other than myself. *evil face*

I tried it, but was terrible at it. Gave up and went back to simcity 2000.

Lemings 3D are wonderful. Lemings 2D are wonderful too. Simcity 2000 is wonderful.

I loved the 2D Lemmings. Hadn't seen the 3D Lemmings until right now. Looks interesting.

X-Wing vs Tie Fighter was the game though.

I can remember sitting on the floor and watching my brother play the original Lemmings when I was little. Then I tried it when I grew a little older and gave it up almost immediately. I used to get frustrated because I'd always want to save 100% of Lemmings, and that's impossible even if you're not a hamfisted seven year old.

Yeah, Lemmings fucked with my need for 100% when I was a kid. I'm the sort of person who will completely give up on a project if I think there is no way for me to achieve perfection on it. That's not always a great thing.

As a young kid I had the original Lemmings demo on my dad's old Apple Mac. Then watched my cousin play it on his Amiga. Got it later for DOS and remember getting only half way through the "Taxing" levels... Decent classic, though. Sometimes I revisit it along with the other DOS classics I still have kicking about.

Fun fact: The game studio who made Lemmings (DMA Design) went on to become Rockstar of Grand Theft Auto fame.

As far as the original game goes, there's only 17 levels that aren't possible to save 100% on, plus one more that's only possible to if you exploit a glitch (Taxing 6). Most of them are quite obviously impossible to do it on, it's a matter of fatal falls that you can't avoid quickly enough, or needing to use bombers - the only one that isn't so obvious is Tricky 23.

Oh No! More Lemmings! isn't quite so nice in that regard. :P 18 levels where it's not possible, but that's out of a smaller total, and more of the is-possible ones require glitches to acheive.

I have to say though, generally speaking, I'm more a fan of creating levels than playing them. Here's a map of the level I mentioned before (the one in my latest pack that no one has beaten).
