So why can't Abe become Shrykull in Munch's Oddysee?

Im really dissapointed that Abe seemed to lose all his powers. No more healing sick Mudokons or becoming Shrykull and whupping up on everything. There is also no Mudokon Spirit Rings or anything. Its almost like a step down.

What I'm asking is, is there any reason Abe lost his ability to become Shrykul? Did his hand scars get damaged or something?

On a lighter note, this makes Abe easier to kill for Sligs like me

well it's munch's oddysee, so it's munch's adventure. abe doesnt use his powers cause the game's easy enough as it is, besides abe only had the healing power until alf's rehab was opened, and shrykull was only there so you can get past places you cant get by without invulnerability, so ta get the point, they werent needed fer such a simple game

Well I don't think he lost all of his abilities since he still has his tatoos. But what I do think what happened was that when OWI was redoing the game for X-Box, those abilities too were taken out. Because, if OWI stuck with the original design and idea for Munch before the switch to X-Box, we would have still seen those powers. At least thats what my guess is. OW4 will most likely bring back those abilities if Abe is in the game of course. And we do hope Abe returns for OW4.

well this is Munch's part of the story and lorne didn't wanted Abe puched to the front with the shrykull power, it is also the reason why the rescuing Sam part was taked out
