Oddworld Fan Engine

So I was thinking to make a Complete remake of Abe's Exoddus/Oddysee in Micros0fts XNA SDK, if there is anyone who knows how to code in this language, would be very appreciated if you could help. I have already started on the code, all i have done right now is Abe's Walking and running status. So all he does is move. As soon as i add collision and physics i will release a beta for the public! But before i release it, does anyone have sprites of Abe walking or running? And Paul, would it be much to ask if you could try to decrypt those other spirit types (Which include walking and running. It would make my life alot easier ) I am not making any promises to get a "Full working game" but to make an engine that could make level editing possible.

Edit: Ok, maybe the XNA SDK is a little bit puzzling :S, so i have decided to use game maker 8. meh
