I used color transparency tool in Corel Photo Paint.

The first picture I couldn't. But the request was just to cut abe out, which would be easy to do in MS Paint.

I didnt cuted abe out (that wold take a long time). I just click on the white background with the transparency color tool, wich has the same effect as cuting.

in MS paint, you click on the button that has a star on it, then you drag the pointer WHILE CLICKING around Abe, when you are done. press ctrl+c to copy him, then, you can open a new one if you like, and press ctrl+V to paste him

The GIMP is free; it's a fairly good one in my opinion. It might not be that easy, though... Depends on the user
