Hello,
what's with the Meetles in Munch's Oddysee, and when com the next Oddworld game? Are you know?

What's with the Meetles? I'm afraid I can't understand your question entirely, because there are no Meetles in Munch's Oddysee. Like so many things, they were left for reasons of difficulties developing for the PS2 and because of time restraints following the transfer from PS2 to Xbox.

The next Oddworld game will come out some time next year. In the X-Factor video Ed Fries mentions Lorne has a year more to develop the game, so that would make an estimated release date of September 2003, but that's just a few months away, and that would be silly. Expect more news in 'a few months'.

Yes, and to add on to Max's statement the next game will feature the main character of Steef. It's not known yet what species Steef is but so far we've seen him in a humanoid form as well as a Centaurish type of form, it's not known weather he turns into this later in the game or if OWI are just trying to decied a specific character design. My guess is that he somehow transforms later on in the game. Aside from that Steef is a bounty hunter with a crossbow that he can spring open whenever need be.

Steef has (or had) some type of phsychic connection with his boat. Whether or not this was just a rummor, and early production idea, or if its still being used is not known.

Hopefully we'll get to see Meetle's in the next game along with all the other various and strange creatures revealed so far....

where did you read that...i thought OWI was busy with steef and squeak and ME in 2004, i dont think they'll make a movie for a while (like 2 or 3 years) and what do you mean by "cams" it's cg...you dont really need a camera.

I feel stupid.

I made this post about how the show was probably shot quite some time ago [considering halo 2 and the current oddworld game have been in the works since their predecessors hit the shelves.]

But then with the estimated date Max gave, it was hard to tell if he took that into account or not.

God damned alcohol.

I know that site... they don't realy know the date they are allways pushing it back, a few weeks ago the counter was till 2004

i see my dad go on that site once and a while (he loves movies) but i didnt know they push the envelope with dates.....thanx xav i'll inform my father.... that site was the one i fell in love with monty python: we are the knights that say "nih!"

I dunno if that site, does the same for all the movies, but I'm sure they did for the Oddworld Movie
