He means a Shoutbox... If you've never heard of them, it's a chat-thingy which is eithe ron the bottom or the top of the frontpage, and you can write small messages...

I see. I am sorry I resorted to calling you a dumbass, snoozer. As for the shout out, is there a version of Vbulletin that can manage this? Or is it similar to the Shop Hack (installation wise)?
