After performing a few checks, I determined that the issue wasn't due to us, but rather a server issue. Our host had the following response:

enough, the time had drifted away from the standard (which unfortunately
happens occasionally). Thank you for notifying us of this so that we
could fix it for you! As you may or may not know, we have a wide array of
system check for the health and stability of all our services, but
sometimes things can slip through the cracks. :-/
