GTA V is a very pretty game. So pretty that a lot of people have taken photos of it. I also took photos of it. I like them and I made an imgur album of them.

CA is shit, yeah. (with exception for the redwoods) but GTA V is gorgeous. In fact, I say it is the best game I have ever seen in my entire life.

I don't know why, but I cannot get into GTA V. The game does look amazing don't get me wrong. But I find myself getting bored way too quickly.

I might have to try it again. Although it seems way more fun with friends.

It really is. I've played only a very little bit of the single player, but quite a large amount of the multiplayer. (not as much as FA though she's insane with how many hours she's logged.)

The bushes are not though. Also I have 493 hours on Skyrim and 368 on Fallout New Vegas.

I think I put about 600 hours into Iron Brigade. That's the only game I ever did that with that I can think of, though.

Of all the games to get lost in, Iron Brigade? I didn't think anyone could really get lost in that game. I mean, it's good, but it seems pretty limited.

Survival Mode. Endless waves (not really. It ends at 50 because they didn't expect anyone to make it that far) forces you to create some really interesting strategies, and it's really, really hard to complete all the levels in that mode. You need to memorize almost every nuance of the map, and the waves to get through it.

I don't think I've actually put more than 100 hours into a game for the past five years or so. Not that I haven't spent a ridiculous amount of time in other mediums accumatively, but for some reason there hasn't been a video game for a while that grabbed my attention for such an amount of time.

Also, the forum is telling me that 'accumatively' isn't a word. I'm 99% sure it is.

I rarely play games more than once, with a very small handful of exceptions. Usually games from when I was younger; Skyrim, New Vegas and the Saints Row games are the only ones from last gen that make the list.

It's fun work, though! Especially trying out new strategies, and finding the right group of people with the right load outs to get the job done. You need four people, and they each have to have a complete understanding of what their particular job is, and be really good at accomplishing it for it to work. Otherwise, you're dead by wave 15.

Yeah, if a game is interesting enough and you really feel the mechanics you can get really stuck into it, and that can be a great feeling. There’s something about really working the guts of a game system that feels so good.
