No Place Like Home Trophy

Anybody else having trouble getting this trophy to unlock? I assume that to unlock it, I must visit all the secret areas in the game, I know that I've done this as I have unlocked the New N Hasty trophy, can anybody help me with this one?

Currently doesn't unlock if you use chapter select or restart chapter. It's fixed in 1.03.

Oh, so I need to create a new file and play the game from the beginning?
