Your favourite in Munch's Oddysee

I need a little info. And it's interesting too. So, what is your favourite in MO? It can be a character, a location, a creature, a part of the game, or even the funniest thing you've seen in the game. I'm going to get an Xbox soon.

Well, I've seen a video about Abe when he's tossing a Slig out of the window. And the Slig falls from a high building to a couple of Sligs and SPLAT! Then the Sligs start laughing at him. That was funny.

It's OK. There are many more ways of taking Sligs out, like tossing them off from cliffs or something. And what about that meat grinder-thing that shows how-much-meat, how-much-bone and stuff?

that's still in it the game, and it's actually pretty funny

Except I don't think it tells you the contents of the Sligs anymore. It just grinds them up and turns them into a load of Chicken McNuggets.

i like sneakin up behind um and tossin' them into stuff. there arent many true "cliffs" in MO except for a couple in the native areas, i do like choppin' them up in the "recycler" if the name serves correct. there was two designs for that thing, one was the Splinterz Tree Chopper, then the Grinder, and now the Recycler. sadly i liked those old videos and i wish the MO game's layout was more like that. *sigh*

I saw some pictures about MO, and the part Fuzzle Testing looks good. But that doesn't mean it's easy.

I just loved the feeling of knowing that you were screwing over the entire evil race and saving your own and a Gabbit in the process. Good deeds = Good feelings.

That, or chopping up guys in the recycling fan.

The part i loved was when u could finally get to be a vyyker!! it was the last level vykker suites. its just so funny being able to annoy the other vyykers and bad mouth them and then they chase u until u snuzi them.

My favorite thing to do is to possess a crane with Munch in one of the slog huts and grab a slig. Then when you hold it above the slogs, they all run after the shadow, and you can lead 'em straight into the recycler. Ha, they're so stupid!

i love the vykker suites! my fav level, i possess vykkers and cuss at everyone, like i walk up to a vykker and say something like
"HEY, stiff shit!" or "eat dookey!"......LOTS OF LAUGHS! then when im done insulting them i chop them up!

Sligs talk at work, and when you are one, say to another slig
"Poo brain" and it will reply "--- off"
If you leve muds on there own, they talk to eachother too. Fart in munch's face,and just hear what he says (Just so you know, I was saying the fact that they talk alot more) You can over take slogs

I think it's funny the way Vykkers squeal when you pick em up with the crane.

Pick up Vykkers with a crane? But the only place you could possibly do that is Labour Egg Storage... but if you used Munch to control the crane, the Vykkers would chop him up... How'd you manage that, then?

I would agree, it was awesome to see Abe sneaking around factories in the shadows in 3d. Or being able to see the little details such as the scrab, paramite, and chest tatoos in actual gameplay.

The other cool thing was being able to posess almost every creature in the game that was industrial, ranging from even native scrabs and paramites to even slogs, interns, vykkers, big bros, and normal sligs.

Probably one of my favorite momens was when you posess the head CEO at splinterz, and hes standing at his desk and you can see the whole outside landscape outside splinterz from teh nice spacious office.

What I would have liked was more interactive gamespeak, like in AE when you posess the industrial characters, and that you could have started actual conversations.

I also would have liked to see more of the glukkon personality from AE, and more of them in total.

Yes, Labor egg storage- The remote control is up on that low platform...Munch can only get on it by doing a wheelchair flip. the Vykker can't manage it and will wait there till you pick him up...

I liked the indoor levels more than the 'native' areas. But I hated splinters. it was too big and open, for the most part. Empty, if you will.

Just further evidence of how rushed the game really was.


Vykkey suites was fun the first couple of times, but my favorite will always be the lab where you jack in, take control of the snoozer, and take out all of the interns.

Pretty fun.

I liked in the original early version where, sligs could climb ladders. I think it would have added a new level of difficulty in trying to hide in the shadows away from them.

I also liked the original way sligs would have do more things like actually smoking when on a break, being able to have an atm card that abe and munch could drain his entire life savings. All of the original concepts were very cool.

For those who never saw the old video slig toss, it shows a slig climbing latters, and also the example of behavior, in smoking. Heres a brief description:

Abe climbs down the ladder on one side, then hides in the shadows. On the other ladder next to where be is hiding and the slig climbs down the latter, pulls out a cigarrette, lights it, takes a puff blows out the smoke, throws it on the ground then abe sneaks up picks him up and throws him in the recycling machine.

Edit: Yes, I had one of those dumb moments, in which I actually spelled ladder wrong.
