Charity of Choice.

Just say that you were lucky enough to win $100,000. But out of that money you had to give $50,000 of it to a Charity. What Charity would you give Fifty Thousand Dollars to?

I would have trouble choosing between UNICEF and the World Wildlife Fund.

UNICEF, the United Nation's Children's Fund or something like that, is an amazing organization that helps children all around in the world in terms of survival, children's rights, etc. Their site is http://www.unicef.org/.

The World Wildlife Fund is obviously a hardworking organization for the conservation and protection of the environment, endangered species, etc. Their site is http://www.wwf.org/

I feel somewhat like I'm shamelessly advertizing something, but meh. I strongly advocate either organization; they're both for worthy causes.

I'd make my own charity "The Karl Needs Money Charity" And donate it to that . I'm not really very big on charities.

I'm not really sure. I would probably spread it around to multiple ones.

Something animal related is all that's coming to mind, oh and probably a cancer one.

Probably a bit to Cancer Reasearch, and a bit to Make Poverty History.

'Make Poverty History'

Ugh. I loathe that Charity.

"Let's give loads of money to Africa! 'cos they really need it!"
"No...they're loaded. They could pay off their debt ten times over if only the corrupt people in power were removed"
"Hush! LET'S GIVE THEM MORE MONEY!!"

Yeh, Make Poverty History - Nuke all of the countries with high Poverty rates.

You know those commercials that say "For nineteen cents a day you too could sponsor a child." Then I'd selfishly use it to pick up chicks
"Hey baby, I'm sponsoring 2600 youths in Papua, New Guinea for the next three years. Your place or mine?

Well, first off I wouldn't donate it to a charity. Or even donate it, as a matter of fact.

But if I absolutely had to, I'd donate it for cloning research.

I would donate it to a local big cat sanctuary here in Holland who can realy use that kind of money.

Who didn't see that coming, raise their hand!

I'd give 25000$ to Cancer research and 25000$ to OWI obviously.

I'd donate most of it to charities in Israel that deal with the huge amount of poverty there and the aftermath of terror (eg hospitals, the ambulance service and a volunteer organisation of people who go to bomb sites and collect the 'bits' so that they can be identified and buried). Also to an amazing guy I met there who always keeps his door unlocked so homeless people can come in and take food out of his fridge. Anyone at all can come for friday dinner and saturday lunch (the traditional Jewish big meals) - homeless people, backpackers, just basically anyone who doesn't have a home to go to. He often has more than 100 people in his small apartment for those meals.

After that I'd donate to fight poverty in africa, though I'd donate to one of the smaller NGOs, probably the people who go around and dig wells in villages without clean water.

Does it have to be a charity or can we donate it to a school?

The schools here are seriously lacking. Not enough room, the student to teacher ratio is overwhelming, not enough books....not enough buses.

I would donate most likely to a cancer research fund, as many of my own family members have had to go through cancer.

The 'Making girls have better arses' charity. It dosn't exist but it should. I was lucky enough to get a bit at my work today, but then again I would've preferred it with another girl from the other department. Her butt is so mad and after I finish this beer I think I'm going to cry myself to sleep that as long as she likes african guys, I will NEVER get a piece of that. It really is a wonderful piece of art and if I were to ever have it I think I would die content that I've acheived everything. But for now my hand is my only solace.

Wow. Some answer. At least my horndoggery actually would help 2600 people for YEARS. Think with your head, the one above your collarbone at least.

Slig_Cake, do you have no aspiration in life above sex?

Sure I do. Media Planner, Marketing Director, Male model and I also want to publish a novel one day. But all these aspirations benefit me.

At least my charity would allow some girls a chance with me.
