Strangers wrath steam Loading screen freeze issue

I just bought Strangers wrath off steam and when i installed it all i see to start off is the loading please wait screen. http://oi51.tinypic.com/10xf0xs.jpg i hear the menu, i can navigate it BUT i only see that screen. can you please help me. thanks.


i know its not my graphics card, since i spent an arm and a leg on it.
