The waves were calmly crashing against the shores off the coast of Mudos upon a large lush island as a flock of birds flew over. The sea laid waist to a passing storm system far out at sea. It was evening and the creature Blarg was patroling the shores for things to collect and bring back to Paramite Valley and his family. When suddenly he stumbled upon an injured Mudokon.

"Whats this?" said Blarg as he approached the injured Mud.

with a faint voice the Mud replyed, "Heellp me!"

Blarg called for his orb of power and he grabed hold of the injured Mud and teleported back to the Valley and to his family of orphans.

As Blarg was approaching his village in Paramite Valley the village folk were stuned at what he brought back with him. Tension grew among Blarg's unusial family of orphans.

Blarg's personal mate named Clive whome was a tall creature approached with caution.

"Blarg what do you bring to us?" asked Clive.

"This Mudokon is injured he must be cured but we do not have the medacine to cure him thus we must find the medicine and I am afraid the disease inwhich he possesses is something that hasn't been seen since the days of Prehistoric Oddworld!" explaned Blarg.

"What are you saying?"

"I am saying this is Purvis!"

Everyone was stuned in disbelief at what Blarg said.

"Purvis?"

"Yes!" replied Blarg and I must leave and find the cure for this desease or other wise Oddworld will be effected."

"But Blarg what do we do?"

"Stay here and watch over this Mud. I don't know How long I will be but I must find this cure and I must search Mudos. I have to find the Mudokon named Alf and I must the Raison. If anything happens you know the drill!"

Just then Blarg took flight and flew off into the world of Odd leaveing the Orphans to watch over the sick Mud. Purvis the disease inwhich Blarg spoke of is a world killer and if not cured the fate of Oddworld would be in the balance. The only problem the cure is not known.
