Ned Lamont for the U.S. Senate and the Midterms in general
I'm really psyched up that Lamont was able to win a very intense primary race against Joe Lieberman. Even though he was up against a 3 term senator with the backing of many high democrat mucketty mucks and was outspent nearly 4 to 1 in the race he was able to pull off a stunning upset. If Lieberman is serious about running as an Independant and sticks to his guns until November this could be a very interesting race.
On the subject of midterms in general this is going to be an absolutely great session of Senate races, and I feel that it could mean Democrats getting more seats and more power. The first week of November is like the last week of December for me, I can hardly wait.
