That Mudokon was only for the Power-ups to the People wallpaper. If you played MO, you cudn't see blind Mudokons in the game, because there aren't blind Mudokons in MO!!!!

But you can see the design cues of blind mudokons in the game. There are so many kinds of mudokons, and scrubs and native mudokons need to be distinguishable. MO scrubs are the spiritual successor of blind mudokons, in terms of design.

Blind muds simply don't fit in with the game, their idea was created soley for AE, and whilst it was not said that they were not made blind speacifically for the brewery, or blind at all, I think having them again would take away the uniqueness of the idea.
Anyway, that picture shows abe twice so you could see they were clearly scrambling for any muds they could find.

Bind muds would not work well in a 3D game. Especially one with butt-lifting action.

The worse in this picture is not the blind mudokon, it's the fact it has two Abe's in it

I think the second Abe is the start of the same pic after that. Perhaps, continuing that after the second Abe, we can see the same Mudokons of the first pic! What mistake!

As well as technical problems, blind Mudokons would not be in MO because there's no point. They were blinded in AE so they didn't see the bones that they were digging up. In MO, there isn't this problem or an otherwise similar one. Mudokons are generally more useful if they can see what they're doing.

Actually, I think I had came across a few blind Mudokons outside of SoulStorm Mines...

I believe that some blind Mudokons can used outside of the SoulStorm Industery if the Glukkons didn't want the Mudokons to see what exactly they were doing. It could be possible they wanted to use a blind Mudokon in MO at some point.

If do you remember, in the good ending of AE, there are some blind Mudokons (especially that who is working at the Alf's Rehab & Tea). So it's possible some Mudokons was captured by Glukkons for their factories or it's possible they are the same of AE's good ending (I mean the blind Mud in the pic).

I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to say. I do believe that those blind Mudokons are Mudokons that were saved by Abe. They probably were born with the ability to see, but had gotten stitches later on.

I tried to say this, excuse me for my grammatical errors . You're right, they were born sighted, but I remember in AE one led that was saying (in Italian): "CUCIOCCHI 2000", the machinery that sews the Mudokons' eyes. I think Abe saved the Mudokons by Glukkons and then they were captured by MO's enemies.
