Some Weapon Ideas
Blitz Packer
2 – 9 damage, Unlimited Range, +25% accuracy, 5 spt, 100 max ammo
6 – 7 melee damage, Melee, +45% accuracy, 2 spt,
Laser Damage
The Blitz Packer is a laser-based weapon good for any odd character, quick fire, and almost unlimited range. Comes with a secondary melee attack. Laser Damage is good against Heavy Armor and Fortified Armor.
Hacker
7 – 11 damage, Melee, +40% accuracy, 2 spt
4 – 11 ranged damage, 3 range, +20% accuracy, 1 spt
Slicing Damage
The Hacker is a metal weapon used in melee combat. Good damage and comes with a secondary ranged attack in which you can throw the blade. Slicing damage is good against Small Armor and Normal Armor.
Snuzi
4 – 8 damage, Unlimited Range, 35% accuracy, 3 spt, 60 max ammo
6 – 9 melee damage, Melee, +45% accuracy, 1 spt
Laser Damage
1st attack has 50% chance per shot to put its victim asleep for 5 – 15 turns.
The Snuzi is a great weapon for those who don’t want to necessarily kill a victim. It comes with unlimited range and it puts victims to sleep. It does laser damage, which is good against Heavy Armor and Fortified Armor. It comes with two modes, Lethal and Non-Lethal Mode. Lethal Mode includes the damage, while Non-Lethal Mode discuses the damage and just does the snoozing effect. The Lethal Mode still comes with the snoozing effect.
Tomahawk
9 – 12 damage, melee, +50% accuracy, 2 spt
7 – 26 damage, 3 range, +15% accuracy, 1 spt, 1 max ammo
Bashing and Magical Damage, +5 Energy Max
The Tomahawk is a great high-damage melee weapon, easy to hit the enemy. It also comes with a secondary attack, which includes throwing the tomahawk orb at the enemy, causing it to explode. This does Bashing Damage, very good against Small Armor. Magical Damage is good against Fortified Armor and Normal Armor. This also boosts your energy max, letting you cast more spells and abilities.
Spoocebow
2 – 6 damage, 6 range, +45% accuracy, 8 spt, 250 max ammo
Magical and Piercing Damage, +5 Energy Max
The Spoocebow is an accurate, fast firing magical weapon of doom. It is a very good weapon for any oddworld inhabitant. Its Magical Damage is good against Fortified Armor and Normal Armor, and its Piercing Damage is very good against Heavy Armor.
***Factors of Weapons***
The damage is, of course, the damage it does.
The range is how far it goes. If the range is, for example, 3, then the you can hit anything 3 rows up or below you in the battle map, and 6 dashes away to the left or right. If you want to shoot diagonal, then get a Battle Master to approve it.
The accuracy is the chance you hit or miss. With your fists, you have 70% to hit, but with weapons, its a whole 'nother story. Maybe someday you'll be able to have a Dexterity or Agility Level you can invest in that boosts your accuracy. But now, its just +20% by yourself, plus the accuracy of the weapon.
SPT is Shot's per Turn
The Spoocebow can go 8 shots per turn, so, that is 8/3, so you can shoot pretty much 3 times every time you use 3 Action Points to attack. Each shot has it's own accuracy chance and random damage.
The stats underneath the first line are for a secondary attack, which sometimes uses up the weapon itself! Beware of wasting your weapon if you throw it!
Max Ammo is how much ammo the weapon can hold. Blitz Packerz use Blitz, which can be bought fairly cheap in large quantities. Spoocebows, however, use Spooce!
