With regards to the Schism era, were the Mudokons acting like assholes when they declared themselves the superior race? I know it was because the paw appeared on the moon, but I think that could be a really interesting story to see the Mudokons acting somewhat as oppressors. Like, "look, we're in charge now and there's nothing you can do." It could give some great backstory into the Glukkons and perhaps even make you empathise with them to a certain extent.

The majority of Oddworld stories and ideas I come up with intend to show how atleast the past mudokons seemed to be a geniunley arrogant race. The whole, "Everyone's equal and harmonious, but we're
more equal and harmonious!" A nice fatal communism counterplay to the capitalism of the Glukkons.

It sort of shows that there are parallels between the two species on some levels, and I think it'd be a cool change to have the Glukkon's not be the antagonists for once.

One of the reasons I'd made the first era, Golden Kon Age is because a detail that stares people in the face but is so often overlooked is the etymology of the two races. Gluk
kon, and Mudo
kon. Direct parallels between the two. I imagine "Kon" being used the same way we'd use "Man" in Human. Mudokons have definitely been antagonists at some point, and I guess all this is just bad quarma.
I have entire theories and rants about The Schism and Age of Alchemy that would need their completely own thread.
