Question How do I convert exoddus ban files?

So I got Paul's Decoder and it works fine on converting AO ban files, but at exoddus, it only extracts the screens. PLEASE HELP!

Are you using version 0.5? I can't tell from your renamed reattachment.

I'm using version v.1 the first bescause the others are missing .dll files and others

Follow the instructions and use the most recent DLL files from earlier versions.

I did! I searched the whole internet, then another error appears! Something missing from the program (not a dll)

OK, but what's the difference between Decoder 0.5 and 0.4? Because 0.5 has the error and 0.4 works good then crashes unexplained. PAUL SAVE US!

Did you copy the .dlls from 0.4 to 0.5's folder? If you have and it still crashes then I can't help. Anyway my exoddus .ban files extract perfectly, including sprites and I had version 1.0 too, it's the only one I downloaded because I didn't see much point in extracting the sprites unless your using them to make a game or animation.

If you read all the posts you'll see its because one is built with Visual Studio compiler and the other is built with GCC/G++ compiler. This means you CAN NOT mix the DLL's between them.

So basically there are two copy of the Qt dll's, one for VS and one for GGC, get the right ones and it will work
