Hello to you, Agent-Sarah. Like Oddchick, I've never posted anything on DeviantArt, so I haven't any knowledge on the aforementioned art stealing thing. Though I imagine that if you had posted artwork on the interent, it could be stolen no matter what site it's posted on.

You cannot get high off of any thing other than a drug. "Sugar High" is a term used to explain the breif boost of energy aquired when you ingest beyond the recomended amount of this crystiline additive. Caffine is in fact a drug, but you cannot get high from that either. You can get hyped like the shit, but you can't get high off it. Ever.
