I'd always heard this as:

Freein' the TV of the soap,
Keep the dope from the Pope.

Which, in my opinion, is much better, especially the bit about getting rid of soap operas. Nevertheless, I have to congratulate you on transcribing this - especially that annoying paradise part of the chorus, which I just could not get.

EDIT: Ooh, nifty new quote design.

EDIT THE SECOND: I'm also absolutely sure that "In our world, gotta use yer common sense" should be "Power up, gotta use yur common sense." I noticed that in the first topic about the video being released, but I guess I forgot about it.

Max noticed an error in my interpritation of the lyrics. Where it said "In our world", it should have said "Power Up".

But with the amount of music playing, who can tell?

And I was only joking about the Pope/Soap thing, although that is what I heard. Hadn't noticed the image correlation, though.
