It’s a LittleBigOddworld after all! Or something like that. Now you can dress your Sackboy up as everyone’s favorite crossbow-wielding, poncho-sporting bounty hunter with a deadly secret and deadly breath, with this brand new LittleBigPlanet 2 costume. The Stranger costume comes with everything you associate with the character’s iconic get up, including the wide-brimmed hat, massive boots, and of course that custom-built, critter-firing, double-barrel crossbow (Warning: Crossbow may not operate functionally within LBP2).
Sackboy and you will be able to gain access to this new wardrobe-winner on Wednesday 9 November 2011 (variable by region) for the low, low price of £1.59, €1.99, US $1.99, AUS $ 3.45 or NZD $3.90—whichever currency fills your wallet.
isn't he adorable :3 naturally, I want to see a Abe one.
Hah, it's nice to see them doing stuff like this - They even hinted at there being glukkons, sligs and mudokons too, but we'll have to wait and see what they actually release.
Yeah I know. We only have to pay GST on domestic purchases, unless Max means that we are paying British VAT when we purchase it, though then why wouldn't Americans have to pay also?

He's theorising that when we purchase something from an Australian-based online store that we have to pay GST. Given that a price was expressed in Australian dollars that wasn't simply a conversion of the British or American prices, it's not a bad assumption.

One of you Australian blokes should set up a game company with cheap import prices and stuff on your games, you'd have an enormous monopoly by the sounds of it.

Oh yeah, fair point. Maybe he was just tortured until he lost consciousness.

Imports are expensive to Australia. As for digital downloads, the publishers would just withhold their games from any seller that tried to match international prices. It's a known-and-not-secret-anymore practice.
