The C&C serie's always have great endings! Exept for Renegade which was kinda cliché.
Ofcourse Oddworld...

Donkey kong 2 was pretty good and funny.

Yeah, The Oddworld games always have great endings. Even the bad ones. Here are two other games I can think of that have a god ending.
The Thing, and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (I like that Basilisk!). I also like the way Poke'mon games end (Don't tease me, I'm 12, I can't help it).

Oddworld Games (duh).

Breath of Fire V: Dragon Quarter has one of the most awesome endings I've ever seen.

Eh, don't worry about it. Hell, I'm sixteen, and I still pick up old Blue once in a while.
(Mostly to try out a wonderful cheat code I found online ... one that works, no less!)

But anyway, to validate this post, I hafta say that the Legend of Zelda tends to have satisfying endings. I thought Summoner (an old PS2 game) was pretty good.
And, naturally, Abe's Exoddus. Way cooler than the other two endings.

Final Fantasies have great endings.
I personally like the endings in FFVI, FFVII, FFVIII, FFIX and FFX.
Also the ending Vagrant Story was brilliant too.

So there.^^

What about The Legend of Zelda: OOT ending?
(I thought I'd mention it since I only finished it last night. Just started to play the Master Quest version now!)
Talk about a cheesy ending!

Endings are nearly always very disappointing. Except with OW of course
I can't think of any other games with particular good/worthwhile endings

Yeah, true.
But in the case of OoT, I think that the final scene where Ganon is banished is better than the rest of the ending.

Hmmm. I actually haven't beaten all that many games. Heh heh. But the ending to Halo was good. That's one of the very few I've beaten. I really need to turn on the ol' XBox and get out some of those games I'm halfway through...

I know everybody hated Castlevania for the N64, but I thought it was actually quite good. And, after Dracula dies for about 10 minutes, the ending is good. Or...endings. There's a good and bad ending for each character. So...four endings. Reinhardt(however you spell his name) had the best good ending. Lalala!

*SPOILERS!*

Well, Charlie Vincent shows up and reveals that Malus is Dracula by throwing a bottle of Holy water on him. If you take extra long to beat the game, Charlie turns into a Vampire because he tries to take on Dracula by himself and fails. So you end up taking Malus back to your village and thus the bad ending occurs. Here's a random site I found that documents each ending in detail.

Oy, and I thought Jak 2 was good as well. Although, when they found out that Haven City was actually their world in the future, it felt a little too Planet of the Apes-y to me.

Any Oddworld game and any Final Fantasy game. Actually any Square-Enix game. They always seem to come up with awesome endings.

one of the 2 endings in KOTOR(knights of the old republic), where you become evil.

also, halo. even though they GAVE AWAY the sequel(well, only if you don't consider the money), it was cool.

I like the good KOTOR ending. Seeing all those creatures that are all so different been brought together, standing united...so emotional!! *Dabs eye*

The Metal Gear Solid games always have great endings. I especially liked the Snake/Meryl ending of Twin Snakes. Naomi Hunter's monologue during both endings is just fantastic.
